Gearbest — product not delivered

There is no response from the company at all. I have waited for the parcel since 2 months. I have marked so many emails to them but till date no response from them. I had also written to them that i'll report this issue on social networking sites and will also report this matter to media. But there was no response from them at all. I had placed my order on 12th may 2017 i haven't received a single product from them till date. The total cost was inr 2049.78/- for 11 items. Please assist me on this matter. I have mentioned the order number below -
