Gearbest does not let me use my gearbest points.
My payment towards an order consist of two items consists of credit card payment and gearbest points. One of the items was not delivered due to miss management of inventory. Gearbest use all of my points on the non delivered item, and "refund" the points rather than paying toward the purchase.
I consider this is a scam.
Consider many items disappearing from their listing, i guess they are having an out of business fire sale. Was this information helpful? |
