refunding points

Gearbest does not let me use my gearbest points.

My payment towards an order consist of two items consists of credit card payment and gearbest points. One of the items was not delivered due to miss management of inventory. Gearbest use all of my points on the non delivered item, and "refund" the points rather than paying toward the purchase.

I consider this is a scam.

Consider many items disappearing...

There is no response from the company at all. I have waited for the parcel since 2 months. I have marked so many emails to them but till date no response from them. I had also written to them that i'll report this issue on social networking sites and will also report this matter to media. But there was no response from them at all. I had placed my order on 12th may 2017 i haven't received a single product from them till date. The total cost...

Hello,
I ordered and made full payment for a Hd media player at gear best website on 5th December 2015. They promised delivery within 25 business days.but unfortunately i haven't got my order after 45 days. And now they are not replying to my queries.as showing in their support center my case is closed.Order no is RE[protected]SE.
Kindly please consider it on priority and find attached invoice of this product.Thanks...
