Geberit India — water flush tank leaking continuously

I moved into the house an year back and i have been raising complaints consistently for one of the flush tank leakage almost from the time i entered the new home. All the times it was cleaned without any service charges. Even this time 26/4/2018 when i was getting it serviced i thought it was free of charge but it was not and was charged 300 for the service e charges and was told a part was broken by the service technician and said it would be of charge 500. I asked him to adjust it in the service charges but he was adamant and after he finished cleaning the tank with my harpic cleaner and when he was about to close the flush tank he says i can do it for 600 overall. Which i refused as i think there is something fishy. All the while even after your servicing and multiple cleaning my flush was leaking and i was keeping the valve closed all the time i regret that your systems are the worst ever. The technician says that it is only because of hard water the flush leaks. If this is the case do you hys even claim that your product is not worth for hard water. If only this was made obvious in the start of purchase we could have opted for a better brand than yours. Worst service also for almost 10 mins of work why the hell did i even pay 300 bucks is not answerable.
