Note: As soon as it was delivered i have connected with Zepto in app chat support dated[protected] at 9:11pm agent POOJA after a long hold it was transferred to Prathamesh at 9:42pm again transferred Suraj at 9:50pm after long hold again transferred to Shivam (Floor Supervisor) 4th agent at 10:13Pm again i have explained after hearing and 1Hr hold got reply at 11:13pm saying After detail validation all the items was delivered. Attached the chat screenshot also
This is the rider number[protected] the rider has confirmed he has not received any validation calls from Zepto. Attached the call recording with rider also.
I need my refund. I'll be written the same in Consumercomplaints and social media for the same with all the screenshot
