Unauthorized charges...

Received a message from Paytm stating that the respondent company requested an amount to the tune of IND 986. However, the complaint has in no manner dealt with, or transacted with the respondent in any manner whatsoever.

On Jan 11, I was supposed to pay Zepto But it got sent to Geddit. Please help....

This company is not providing any hard copy invoice nor a pdf version of the invoice in the app or email. It can only be viewed in a small screen of the app. This prevents the consumer to the monitor the various charges and the accuracy of their prices. Perhaps this is an intentional strategy to siphon out money in ignorance.

I've ordered 2 quantities of Maggi cuppa mania masala (70g each) from Zepto grocery app(Geddit Convenience Private Limited) on Feb 27 at 00:24 am for Rs.49 each.

Product MRP is Rs.50 inclusive of all taxes. And the Nestle manufacturer has given Rs.5 discount labelling around the product.

But Zepto didn't provide me the discount. Zepto provided free delivery charge. Zepto should've provided...
