I have ordered 20.07.18 pest repellent machine through F.B. flashing Add and showing a attractive video and a brand. My order waybill no.[protected] as COD of Rs.480.00. I have received this product ON 27.07.18 through Currier delivery via Xpressbees. This product is totally different from what you showed in video, it is totally fake and cheep product and not working. There is no company name on it. this product is seems local market cost of 20 or 30 rupees.
I want my money back of Rs.480 rupees.

After posted the complain i was received a call from this company and they told me they are ready to give me refund. And they asked me for bank details to give refund. When I told them i have bank account with hdfc bank they are refuse to give me the refund and asking me for govt. Bank accout number which is impossible for me to give as i dont have any active bank account execpt hdfc bank account. They are tried to cheat me. Please take necessary action in this regard.

I had ordered for home protection. And I have received air freshener machine and it's totally different what I ordered so I want to return it back and need cash refund, its very bad experience I had shoped the first time and is so embarrassing. It so chip product what I have received it's like selling on road at 50rs and I paid 480 for that product.

I was lured by their repeated ad on fb reflecting the gadget costing rs480=00!
They sent me a 3rd rated toy stuff totally in contrast of the much advertised on face book.
This amounts to a planned cheating of a unsuspecting customer.
They are disconnecting my call everytime.
Even the mob no.[protected] sent through ms anita dar is not responding!
A refund of rs480=00 may kindly be arranged.

Updated by Rajan Dar I was lured to purchase the above machine because of repeated advertisements on facebook reflecting the machine and its merits cum cost of Rs480=00.
I was stunned to find that the machine sent to me is a cheap toy like and in total contrast to the one advertised.This amounts to total cheating of the customers.
The suppliers reject calls on both the provided mobile nos.
I would request that either the genuine advertised product is sent to me or a refund of Rs480=00 is effected.

I purchased online "activated charcoal natural whitening toothpaste". I received the parcel on 13th july 2018. The product name on the outside cover was mentioned correctly but when i opened the parcel i found the product was different. It was "activated charcoal acne erasing bubble emulsion & hydrating face wash". I was trying to contact them on their customer care number but there is no response. I want them to immediately replace the product or refund my payment.

The shipped cover was labeled smashing commerce and supplier is geek retail pvt ltd. When i tried to contact the supplier through phone, there is no response from them. My request is to take serious action to shutoff these kind of fake companies.
