I Have Ordered One Car Polish Product Name :- ProPolish And the product Came From GeekRetail PVT LTD, Khasra no 626, Behrampur Rd Sector 71 Near CD School Gurugram-122004, & Guys The Most Funny Thing is Look There Contact no is[protected] GST No 06AADCB8016F1Z0, Now Let me tell you my Problem i ordered above given product bottle seal was already Broken and half bottle was empty & Delivery boy as me 500 rs first and he just run away..after delivery now there is 2 Option for you geekretail send me my money back or els send me same product with proper sealed pack bottle, other wise i'll through back your company in social media

I have place an order for pro polish i have received the package in good condition form outside but inside bottle cop found broken. I have found a small container little bit of liquid.
Really very disappointed i think this is fake product geek retail gurgaon is cheating the customers i suggest not buy...
You people are cheating to the customers even i have tried to contact all the no's are not even single no are available don't buy any product from geek retail pvt ltd.

I ordered pro polish on 7th of march and recieved on 16th of march but when i opened the parcel it was leaking and very less amount of polish is left. I want to get it changed with new one or refund my money. If you people really wanna earn money do it right way don't be chindi chor.
This company is not giving any customer service or any complaint box or phone number.

I have received this product (Pro polish) thoroughly xpressbees that were opened and containing half amount of it even there is no other option on the site to compliant and refund and return policy. I read so many complaints that were registered against that company. I think a strict action should take against them.

I have ordered reffolium hair health support @1880. Immediately after i received my parcel the company send me email as well as a text message that the product u have ordered is useless until you add one more product namely dht blocker of our company which worth @1270.
I completed my course as suggested by company, but there no any results after 60 days. I want to refund my money back please help me what can i do.

Company booked the order by online and confirmed by phone with cod payment mode .After getting product they are informing that, this product are designed to work together that product is ultra dht blocker is another product, we have to purchased from them saying
it have been formulated to work with each other.So first we could fishy by rs.1880/-and then by 1270/- would be lost.

I am from kolkata, i have ordered an item refollium hair support capsule on a facebook link from seller geek retail private limited. This product was shipped through your courier with payment method cod and tracking id[protected]. Item price was 1880 inr. It was delivered on 06.01.2018, i have paid the money to delivery person and got my item.

Now suddenly in the evening i got an email from seller that it is only a hair health support capsule... You have to buy ultra dht blocker of refollium and then it will work together and then automatically placed the order of 1270 rupees with tracking id[protected]. They said me to pay by cash on delivery... I have a very high doubt that they are doing something fishy, then i realise that may be this company is fake and they are fooling innocent customer. I tried to call their customer support number which is not answering. They do not have a proper company website.

I looked the manifest copy of delhivery on the product. There is no address or gst number found in seller details. I tried to call delhivery call support. The support executive told me seller is based of dankuni, west bengal and shared contact detail-[protected]. Which is again surprisingly not responding after several times i tried to contact.

Now when i opened the delivered product, it was a 3rd class product with no product standard logo written on it. Basically it is a fake product. No retail invoice i found neither on the box nor in the email. Now as seller have my details i am really afraid in coming future they may book several items on my name with cod, and i have to pay for that.

First they with provide a link on fb, once you click on that link, it will redirected to refollium website where you have to enter your address, once you done you will get a mail from refollium with tracking id and cod of 1880.

Now once the product delivered, they will again mail you that this capsule wont work untill you buy another product which is already been shipped from there end (Without customers consent) with cod rupees 1270. Once you realise this fraud your money 1880+1270=3150 rupees already gone and you left with two fake product with no lebelling on it.
They do not have a website.

They do not have a customer support number.
As a customer where you go and how you complain. There is no mode of contact available (Phone number, email id) to contact the seller. Whichever email id and numbers where given all are fake and they are not responding.
Where will a customer go.?
I am going to register a complain on west bengal govt consumer forum against the company geek retail pvt ltd and courier partner delhivery.
They thought they can cheat the money from public so easily. See you soon behind the bars refollium and geek retail pvt ltd.

I ordered slimnow capsules and received the consignment. After i received it it had a clear message it is ineffective without green tea metabolic booster and it was followed by sms and email to pay more now to the get the product. The company at no stage mentioned about green tea or any other details and additional purchases. After the product is delivered they have send messages to buy additional items and warn capsules are ineffective.

One kirti was interacting with me till the time i asked for refund. She had said the company has no questions asked 60 days refund policy. Now this kirti is not responding to any emails or sms.

I have all the relevant emails and sms to provide as proof.

I checked on the internet to realize i have been cheated like many others. Request the consumer forum to take action and get this company closed.

I ordered slimnow, natural power cleanse capsule through online. At the time of ordering, i didn't see an additional green tea metabolid booster capsule to be taken along with the slimnow capsule. Without which it is not effective???

After i paid for slimnow capsule, i found this information on the box. I was informed additional rs.1300/- to be paid for that green tea metabolic booster - i refused to accept the same.

Now i want to return this slimnow capsule also as it is not going to be effective. Pls adv how do i request for return & how do i get the refund.

It was also promised during the purchase to refund if i’m not satisfied. I want to return the product and i have not used a single capsule. I want my money back. Maine refollium ka hair health support product bulaya but usme likha hua h ki jab tak asp sath me ultra dth blocker nhi lete to ise use krkr koi fayda nhi hoga, to maine ise use hi nhi kiya... I ordered the produc on oct 27th and received on 30th oct they delivered fake product after receiving that i received a message from them stating one more serum needs to be used along with that, if not it will not be of any use it costs 1880 rs. And they have shipped me i don't want that product and please refund my money back, this company using fraud products on name of natural power cleanse.

I spent rs 1, 880 to purchase a bottle of reffolium hair health support capsules (30 capsules in the bottle).

On opening the package, i notice a tiny slip that says that you have to use this product alongside the refollium ultra dht blocker; otherwise, the purchased product would be 75% less effective.

This was not communicated anywhere in the first instance. I also notice the packaging has no mention of any manufacturer details; except for that it is marketed by geek retail private limited.

I did not find this in the us on any list of approved drugs. All emails from them seem to suggest the salesperson is based out of the us. This is scam!!

Geek retail private limited needs to be investigated. I am sure this drug is not registered for sale in india either. The website on the package (www.refollium.com) does not work either.

This is serious fraud and needs immediate investigation.

I ordered refollium hair regrowth capsules through online on 21 oct. I got message from vm-refoll and emails from [protected]@refollium.com, that my order is already booked through blue dart, and today i. E. 23 oct i received the parcel and paid rs 1880/- for cod basis.
Soon as i received the parcel and paid, after 30 minutes i received another message from them saying that the product i ordered will not work until i buy dht blocker for rs. 1270/- which is again being sent through blue dart.

I know i have been trapped and lost money, i am very sure that they are not going to send any dht blocker as 99% consumers will react the same way as other did and i am doing. They just got away with innocent consumers all over the world.

I hereby request indian consumer forum to catch these # who sell refollium tables for hair regrowth.

No result return my payments and level products so sorry. And return my payment.
