Hi I ordered pest repellent from your site as I saw your add in facebook my order number is[protected] I got a broken product . So kindly refund me and take this product back because it is not like that as it was shown in advertisement.

I prschaseed a product pest repellent which is received on dt 11/06/2018 on 6;00 pm, when it is connected with shockets, but it is not in working position. It is shows the indicator but not to works, so kindly replace this instruments .What is the process tell me
