Gem Gas Service — Non receiving of gas cylinder

I have booked gas cylinder on[protected] message received on[protected] in which it is intimated that cash memo has been generated against booking no 249842 and cylinder will be delivered shortly, but i haven't received gas cylinder till date[protected] .There is provision for home delivery, but in spite of it on calling inquiry, agency told me to bring cylinder yourself .More over it is not the first time. for my last three booking they haven't delivered me and in crisis situation i have to bring it myself. Please do the necessary action so that i can avail the facility of home delivery.
