I have booked gas cylinder on[protected] message received on[protected] in which it is intimated that cash memo has been generated against booking no 249842 and cylinder will be delivered shortly, but i haven't received gas cylinder till date[protected] .There is provision for home delivery, but in spite of it on calling inquiry, agency told me to bring cylinder yourself .More over it is not the first time. for my last three booking they...

Following facts and truth regarding the services provided by the agency staff to the consumer / customer.
1 - gas cylinder is not checked for any gas leakage.
2 - gas cylinder is not weighed atthe time of delivery. I am not sure whether the spring balance is made available to the deliveryman.
3 - clinder numbers are not in the customer note book.
4 - most of the time emergency numer is unreachable or remains...
