I had purchased Split Air conditioner on 27th Jun 2016 from M.K. Electronics & Refrigeration, shop No. 28, 26 15 Basrurkar Market, Moti Bagh-1 New Delhi-110021. Within one month of installation, this AC is getting started so may problems like noice, gas leackage etc. When we complaint to the company after two months company send the engineers for gas filling, after filling gas this AC was closed for 6 months, when we start this AC in March 2017 and called the company on 24 March, 2017 for its service, after 10 days of calling they send the engineer, . When engineer came he felt the Gas is less in this AC. From the date of complaint every day phone call is coming from company side but no engineer came to attend the complaint till date. From the date of purchasing this Air Conditioner I am very depressed. I purchased this AC in Rs.56, 500/-, but after spending this huge amount I feel very bad. This AC is under warranty period and company is not caring about this. So, I think after warranty what will they do. I think this Air conditioner has the manufacturing problem, So this AC should be replaced by the Company. Copy of the bill has been attached with this complaint.
