Genesis Mart — Credit card benefit fraud

I got a call from a number [protected] on 08-07-17 saying that they are calling from visa and master card service provider. I was offered 4 gifts as i have maintained an execellent relation with the credit card for which i had to pay 8450/-. I told them that i wanted to discuss this with my family. But they told that if iam not satisfied with the offer they will reimburse the amount in full. Thus without giving time to think they took me to the ivr process and made me pay 8450/-after an hour when i tried to decline the transaction as my family did not support for this, they clearly denied to reimburse the amount. I blocked my sbi credit card and called this fraud companys helpline to decline the transaction and getting the reimbursement. But they forcefully said that they do not have a return policy. Now they are saying that they are not from bank.

Now the first thing is why is the bank passing on our credentials to these frauds since we have submitted our details in such a trust worthy manner to the bank. A layman cannot figure out these frauds quickly as they call us with correct details of ours.
Second thing is i want to get the refund from the frauds
