This is very big fraud company. Don’t go with this. They called you, & send you a link, through you can send money to their account no. And said you will get bla bla bla benefits. N this is for testing for few customers only. So don’t go with them. They spend lots of time with you on call, if you cut the call then they call you again. If you blocked it, then they call you from different no. But they call you again again. Don’t go with genisis mart. Its big fraud company.

I got a call and they said they are from hdfc credit card service provider and will offer 2 holidays with a discount card and medical check up but nothing worked out.

They took rs 8700 from me instantly and received a package but nothing is working in market.

I called on their customer care nos but they are just so rude on phone and have no ethics to talk.

Please help me to get this money back from them.

I received call from genisis mart on 01 september 2018, this company genesis mart called me and told that they are calling from visa/ credit card
Services and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, but i told that i am not ready to make any payments just now, but let me check first what they wanted me to offer and later let me confirm this. They told ok its not a problem then they asked me to make payment from seller service partner just dial pay and 8450 amount got deducted from my credit card. This is totally a blunt cheat. They lied that you will get discount on reliance mart, d mart, amazon flipkart. Blabla bla... U wil get a card inside welcome kit.. Just show that card to counter and you will get discount... After receving that card trans deal card tem said that u have to top up that card with money then u ll get discount.. There r so many false commitments they have done.. Like they r providing 3 star hotels but actually they r providing 1 star hotel in their catalogue, mr. Dhruv, mrs smriti, ms neha all are fraud and lier.. Do not trust them.. I think ye bichare paida hi jhut se huye haye hai... Please help me get my money back and put these people behind the bars.

I got a call from genesis mart that they were authorised agents from icici bank credit cards. They explained the offer of two days free hotel in asia, free medical check up for 50 items, discount card. I paid rs 8450/. I did receive a ucb wrist watch and wallet. For medical check ups i sent a dd to reva incentives. It has been three weeks but i have not been given any date. The date today was also cancelled with no further details of company lab etc etc. The discount card is also bogus as you first pay money to genesis mart obtain a coupon for a fixed amount. Major companies have said they do not honour any genesis mart coupon. The phones are not in reach or switched off. They are a bogus lot.

I was received a call on 23/11/17 as on no promotional call and promise to gave free services on my kotak credit card but they take 8450/- promise these services on my credit card are 6000 monthly deduction after the transaction they make other caping on the product. Then i made a mail to cancel but they said nothing they do "appne jo karna hai kr lo". This is really very bad experience i had lost my 8450/- through genesis mart. But i had read his cancellation policy that your can get your refund if you can cancel the services in 72 hours i should cancel that in 2 hours. Please help me to get refund my hardhand money.

I got call from [protected]/[protected] they told me first that they are from bank, and i got selected as vip customer and ask my details of card to enter, without my knowledge they deducted 8450 rs from my credit card.
I called and ask them for refund, they told they will not refund amount there is no refund policy they have.
How i will get my money back is there any way i can make complaint and get my money back.

I was offered 4 gifts as i have maintained an execellent relation with the credit card for which i had to pay 8420/-. I told them that i wanted to discuss this with my family. But they told that if iam not satisfied with the offer they will reimburse the amount in full. Thus without giving time to think they took me to the ivr process and made me pay 8420/-after an hour when i tried to decline the transaction as my family did not support for this, they clearly denied reimbursing

I got a call from [protected] from delhi saying that my number has been shortlisted for discounts and free gifts and started asking me about details on my card. When i mentioned that i googled you guys and you are listed as a fraudulent company. The guy got pissed off, abused me and cut the call.

I was offered discounts on wrist watches and belts and some holiday package by some leading brands.

On 19th of august i got a call stating of this offer before i start let me be very clear with you i was not at all interested in those benefits but on the 1st attempt of call from genisismart i said no but a lady manisha forced me i didn't agree i clearly told her that i have no plans of holiday for coming two years then also she transfer call to mr. Rakesh who was after me. I told him that it is raining so give me call later but i think he ignored client just for his target, so i disconnect line then mr anil came and he also forced me he asked me do payment via online which didn't worked out then he asked me my credit card number and cvv no. Now at this point denied but he said not to worry on other side i had some pending work and same way i also want to finish call

1) i was told that 8420 is charge just for holiday vouchers only rest of the other benefits are free

2) i was told that i can activate the transdeal card and i can use it in any supermarkets such as bb..., but surprisingly transdeal csr told me for big bazar and any other supermarket i have to purchase coupon

3) most imp. It was raining heavily and the voice was not that audibly to me which that they took advantage

In short your staff has cheated me, which is spoiling the name of your prestigious organisation.

Before replying me kindly check the recording. It was totally miscommunication

I got a call from a number [protected] on 08-07-17 saying that they are calling from visa and master card service provider. I blocked my sbi credit card and called this fraud companys helpline to decline the transaction and getting the reimbursement. But they forcefully said that they do not have a return policy. Now they are saying that they are not from bank.

Now the first thing is why is the bank passing on our credentials to these frauds since we have submitted our details in such a trust worthy manner to the bank. A layman cannot figure out these frauds quickly as they call us with correct details of ours.
Second thing is i want to get the refund from the frauds

Hi, I am getting fake calls from [protected], [protected] and [protected] offering fake services on credit card and asking for billings.

It includes holiday packages discount vouchers etc.

When I ask them to prove they are from hdfc, they fail to answer.

They are sophisticated and keep transferring calls. Gullible people can be easily fooled. Take action!

I got a call from [protected] saying my card has been selected for some gifts due to good history by axis bank and asked me to tell credit card color and credit card name.
Then called again and asked credit card name and color and transferred to so called higher executive and told about free gifts offer and told its free and that they are transfering call to axis ivr but transferred to genesis service provider [protected] who guided parallely to generate card otp no. 572903 and send it with all card details to ivr no [protected]. So captured all card details and used it to deduct 8225 rupees from credit card account.

Now when i am calling them they are saying they have done all this with my consent and bank consent so its a valid thing.
But they started all these things by saying that they are from axis bank and ivr will not capture details since its authorised by axis bank.
So they are fraudsters and the the transaction is legally not done by me. That is done by other.

When i called back to first number it was not available and other from other numbers they called and tried convincing me that they are genuine.

So please make people cautious of number: [protected], +[protected], [protected], [protected].
Please register these numbers in fraud numbers.

This is their customercare [protected]@genisismart.com but don't have website and customercare speaks only in hindi.

I got cheated; on that moment I rang to hdfc credit section, they track my credit current credit statement and I spoke about sharing of my credit no., cvv & passcode.
I called genesis through a phone no. Given by them, I told them to cancel the services forcefully. But customercare scolded very badly such as he making rediculos examples and bluffing, such never done by any customercare. By tracking customer found out that we didn't given such services and it stated as fraudulent hdfc forwarded as disputed transactions soon by next day I wrote a disputed form got from hdfc bank and dropped as complaint. I wating for the response.

They called me from a number +91 [protected]. They told me that i am speaking from credit card. You can avail benefits like UCB Watch, Wallet, and 3 days 2 nights two times with a validity of 1 year. They made me pay through IVR gateway. I paid as a ithought they are from my HDFC credit card. Now when i called there cust care to refund my money. They are denying that we are not from bank. I too was swindled by genesis mart in the same way which they did to so many others.

Somehow due to some unavoidable circumstance in my family, i couldn't filed any complaint that time. Its been more than 3 months when they called and misguided me. Through some misleading information they took 9999 rupees from me too.

Sir, i highly urge you to take some serious actions against these peoples and save so many others too from these frauds.

I know that i did a huge mistake and being a middle class peoples we become victims in such cases. Though i learnt a life lesson from these, requesting you to save others by doing the needful at the earliest possible.

I would be ready to help you in case if i can.

Note - since i lost all numbers from them, requesting you to check the numbers given by other victims for the same.
I do have some mail trails evidence if that can help you out to do some positive help.

this company Genesis Mart called me and told that they are calling from citi bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, they told you need an OTP that you can obatin by sending a text message to citi bank (mob number [protected]) to get and activate the offers, but I told that I am not ready to make any payments just now, but let me check first what they wanted me to offer and later let me confirm this. they told OK its not a problem... then when I got the OTP and entered in their system, they deducted money 7998 from my credit card... this is totally a blunt cheat. I never wanted anything so i called them to cancel the trial and several times mailed to cancel them and also returned back the gift pack they sent. BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY BACK, all i was thinking was it s come thing to do with citi bank, but they are mis-using the OTP system with the help of the bank system.
