Genesis Mart — Credit card offers | |||||
Dear Sir, this company Genesis Mart called me and told that they are calling from citi bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, they told you need an OTP that you can obatin by sending a text message to citi bank (mob number [protected]) to get and activate the offers, but I told that I am not ready to make any payments just now, but let me check first what they wanted me to offer and later let me confirm this. they told OK its not a problem... then when I got the OTP and entered in their system, they deducted money 7998 from my credit card... this is totally a blunt cheat. I never wanted anything so i called them to cancel the trial and several times mailed to cancel them and also returned back the gift pack they sent. BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY BACK, all i was thinking was it s come thing to do with citi bank, but they are mis-using the OTP system with the help of the bank system.
