Genial Exploring is fake tourism company with fake people. They are giving you fake commitments and not giving service as per agreement.
I took membership (with Rs 45k) and since I took it I am only sending the emails to them. They are not replying to mail and or not even receiving the call. When I visited to their office they gave fake reason as internet is not working (even though they are connected with office wifi on their personal mobile phones).
When I asked for cancelling the membership they directly denied for this.
