Unprofessional Rude behaviour of Genial staff. Now they reached at small cities like barnala bathinda mansa. We reached to meet Genial staff. They attracts customer with calls to give free package of 2N+3D . Do not from where taken our phone numbers. Genial staff speak loud, unprofessional when asked about rating of their properties in market. In the start of meeting Genial manager told us THEY will give details of plan only if you accept our offer after listening plan. When we told lady manager that how can we accept your 5 year package without knowing customer reviews and rating of properties you offer to us . She speak like that someone has catch their weak point. Continuing she speak loud, unprofessional, rude language for 20-25 minute. Really feel bad to see such an unprofessional manpower.
Genial वाले लोगों को बरनाला के होटल DH में बुला उनके साथ धोखा कर रहे है, अनेको फ़ोन कर लोगों से कहते है कि हम पब्लिसिटी कर लिए प्रोग्राम कर रहे है जब तक आप आने को हां नही कहते यह फ़ोन करते रहेंगे .। आप को डिनर पर आने के लिए आमंत्रित करते है साथ ही हम अपनी पब्लिसिटी के लिए 2 रात 1 दिन का फ्री स्टे हमारे होटलों में रहने के देंगे की ऑफर देते है । लोग पहुंच जाते है उनको डिनर क्या पानी भी नही मिलता, कोई प्रोग्राम नही होता सिर्फ अकेली अकेली फैमिली को यह अपने क्लब की मेम्बरशिप दे कर लाखों की चपत लगाना चाहते है, अनेकों परिवारों को 30 मिनट से अधिक बाहर बिठा के रखा, जब लोगों ने गुस्सा जाहिर किया तो यह उन को मारने पीटने पर उतारू हो गए । फ़ोन काटने वाली टीम ने फ़ोन उठाना बन्द कर दिया। फ़ोटो खींचनी की कोशिश की तो फ़ोन छीनने की कोशिश की, सोचिए अगर आप इनके मैम्बर बन इनके किसी होटल में चले गए तो क्या हाल होगा । होटल इंडस्ट्री वाले ऐसा सलूक करते है, पहली बार देखा, डिनर पे बुला बेइज़्ज़त करने वाले पहली बार देखे, फ़ोटो वाला व्यक्ति मैने पीटने पे उतारू था

Your are demanding holiday for 6 Adults & If Company has asked to clear AMC & Extra beding, then you are start writing review on Social Media. Sir writing review is the only Solution to do demarketing & making negative impact against Company .After Experience three holidays with us. which are Four star Hotels you are saying that these are Sub standard Category.

To make aware all of you!
We have attended one of their seminars held at TURQUOISE HOTEL in november 2017 and after the presentation we took 5yrs membership from them at a price of rs.70000.
Till now have not consume even a 1 day/night due their Fake/False commitments.
The main this I see their main Candidate of Presentations Mr. Rishi (Told Mgr) & Mr. Sandeep were disappear with their cell phone nos. changed immediately once we came out of the hotel after make payment.
Surprise is they did not say a single word about to pay amc amount of Rs.7100 per year which I come to know when visited their small office to inquire my booking process. I have voice recording of Rishi & Sandeep of 3 hrs of signed package.
For this amc amount I had lot of debate/Arguments with one the day lady present over their regarding not pay AMC amount. But due to shortage of time I didn't go further to FIR.
Now I have time & I'll go to extreme to take return of a single penny they grabbed.
Somebody running this business upon the grounds of clear cheat & lies. I personally visited their small office in chandigarh. These people have no stable employee which we can trust.
I know they feel happy how I have ruined my amount of Rs. 70000/- but they don't know what could be done.
The things which were promised :
1. They did not confirm about to pay amc of rs.7100 per year at the hotel for 6nights.
2. We can take advance holidays. Means we can club nights from future years to current year and avail longer holiday.
3. We can gift these nights to our friends and relatives.
4. The rooms promised are of studio type suitable for family of 4.
