I have been written so many emails to you for booking my tour firstly for Dubai, secondly for Goa, thirdly for Kashmir, fourth for Manali
But you have not given detail reply of my queries.

I have the membership of Genial Holiday Club for which they have charged us but not giving us services. Earlier we were not able to take services due to the COVID restrictions by Central Government. But now they are not picking my calls and not providing the services. Their behaviour is very rudely to us. Now I want to give up my membership and refund my payment from them....

Recently on 01st Jan.2022 we were on a holiday to Manali where we were trapped by this genial holiday club by sales rep Mr. Mandeep.

These people are fraud. They trap u, don't be a a prey. They start with free gift voucher, then waste ur 3-4 hours for their so called ### presentation. Then they show u all the 5 star hotel, resorts, cottage, villa all over the world. But they don't reveal u the cost how much u have to pay. They tell u every flexible things about package like, u can share ur package with ur family friends and relatives, u can split the package, u can also borrow next year package also, but "nothing is mentioned in agreement". They even don't allow you to check their website for review, they just distract u. But they make sure you believe them so much that u even don't believe ur family that much. They send u agreement after a month. In that u ll find nothing flexible about package, if at all present then for that also u have to pay extra. In agreement they mention u can cancel membership within 7 days, but when u try to cancel they say it's not applicable for ur package. In agreement u receive after a month, in that also u get all local hotels, resorts. I tried to book one resort from them, they said it's not available right now we ll give you some other hotel, which is a local hotel. They are fraudsters, don't trust them.

Its two moths that I have taken the genial membership now of one year costing me 45k, while taking the membership for one year they said that credit card payment will be converted to 24 months no cost emi which did not happen and I had to pay all 45k at one go, so there promise for emi conversion failed to deliver.
Then when I asked them that pay has not been converted to no cost emi they told me that we will do a fresh payment again...

Recently on 13th Aug. 2021 we were on a holiday to Manali where we were trapped by this genial holiday club sales rep Mr. Rahul-[protected].

we were also victim of their alluring tactics to trap the customer to buy their membership. we were invited to hotel golden tulip saying you won some golden ticket we need you to spend an hour to understand our product to win the prize.
casually we went and met Mr. Rohit-[protected]....

My genial membership card is going to expire in August and due to pandemic situation for last 2yrs they are not refunding our money i.e 35000/- nor extending our vacation

Fraud company

I had paid the 35 k (Membership no GHC18CHDBS03288)& only used their services one time for one night that too a average hotel that cost around Rs[protected].They made false promises at the time of membership but that too we ignored. Also paid the AMC of full year in 2019 & their executive said we can use it untill you next holiday but in 2020 due to pandemic we couldn't use any of the holiday.
Now as I asked them for membership they replied in expired in Jan 2021 but as every other companies are providing 4-5 month grace period in membership but they refused to even listen & when I dropped the mail to no one replied & the best part the customer care not picking up.

I just wanted to discuss the matter before taking any further action but no one is there to listen.

I really regret the decision we made in hurry otherwise no company behave like this, Service industries companies even provide you solutions for the problem, reply to you & we could have find a way because as already paid 35+ 7 k AMC so by some means they should provide us extentions in the membership.

Recieved a call from genial holiday club officer Name Mamta to attend a seminar on 7/1/2021 at 5.00 pm in Sethy regency ABOHAR about hyundai cars experience, but when I reached Mr Manoj meet and tell me it's seminar not regarding hyundai cars.
The arrangement was not good. Reached there at 5.00 pm after a reminder call. But to my surprise there they explain us abt the tour plan. But nothing is offered to us not even a cup of tea, they even promise to give three gifts. But handed over only one gift voucher which also require an activation fee of 2200 rs. Really feeling cheated by them.

It is my request to all the people of Punjab not to attend any programs/ seminars/ events organized by Genial Holiday Club. Their only motto is to take your money. They will not reverse your money if you want to cancel their membership, which you have taken already. So, do not go in their programs/ seminars/ events. We attended one of their seminars held at keys hotel in november and after the presentation we took 5yrs membership from them at a price of rs.95000.
The things which were promised included
1. 6n7d holiday at a premium category hotel for a family of 4 every year for 5 years including breakfast. The names listed included hotels like hyatt, radisson etc.
2. We will be required to pay amc of rs.7100 per year at the hotel...

I received a call from genial holiday club on 18th nov 2018 that u had received 3days/4 nyt package free wid dinner. Mr. Yaqoob ahmed rishi was there and he says himself as a marketing manager of this club.. We told them that we can’t take this big package so he said you pay only 10000 rupees and u will receive a kit from us. And he promised us to give us the package on the new year bat after that he didn’t received the call and no kit has been received yet. He is a fake man.. He make fake promises with people and charge money.. This is a fake company i want my 10000 rupees back.. Plz help me to get my money back.

Genial Holiday club लोगों को Bathinda के होटल MELODAY में बुला उनके साथ धोखा कर रहे है, अनेको फ़ोन कर लोगों से कहते है कि हम पब्लिसिटी कर लिए प्रोग्राम कर रहे है जब तक आप आने को हां नही कहते यह फ़ोन करते रहेंगे .। आप को डिनर पर आने के लिए आमंत्रित करते है साथ ही हम अपनी पब्लिसिटी के लिए 2 रात 1 दिन का फ्री स्टे हमारे होटलों में रहने के देंगे की ऑफर देते है । लोग पहुंच जाते है उनको डिनर क्या पानी भी नही मिलता, कोई प्रोग्राम नही होता सिर्फ अकेली अकेली फैमिली को यह अपने क्लब की मेम्बरशिप दे कर लाखों की चपत लगाना चाहते है, अनेकों परिवारों को 30 मिनट से अधिक बाहर बिठा के रखा, जब लोगों ने गुस्सा जाहिर किया तो यह उन को मारने पीटने पर उतारू हो गए । फ़ोन करने वाली टीम ने फ़ोन उठाना बन्द कर दिया। सोचिए अगर आप इनके मैम्बर बन इनके किसी होटल में चले गए तो क्या हाल होगा । होटल इंडस्ट्री वाले ऐसा सलूक करते है, पहली बार देखा, डिनर पे बुला बेइज़्ज़त करने वाले पहली बार देखे,

How much somebody can trust a company who make fake promises to just make you ready to attend their meeting?

They promised me that meeting would be of maximum 1hr and 3 sure gifts will be given to you.

But they wasted more than 2hrs of mine and also giving only 2n3d voucher and on insisting they had given 2nd gift. but give 'golmal' reply for the third one.

For the first gift the self accepted that the voucher is of not much use and could be redeemed in lean season and that too will also a waiting registration( means not a confirmed one).
On searching about their second voucher i found its also not much worthy.
The third voucher which could have some means they refused to provide on plea that those are not available and will be emailed to you(how funny.. i mean even a child could detect that they are lying).
Not much more to say for now but i thought all complaints made are genuine about the company.

They have taken an amount of rs 25000 from us against their fraud promises of booking hotels for the vacation tour. Now when we are booking the tickets as per our plans the genial holiday club is not responding and not booking the hotels in spite of receiving payments.

I am a victim of their sales representative mr. Rishi. I was invited to key hotel ludhinana last year in the month of march for some silly 3n4d travel coupon. Then they started to explain their actual agenda of selling the membership of their holiday club. They promised all sort of things including minimum 4* or 5* stay including breakfast, extra bed for my elder daughter in the same studio room and many more things. I purchased their membership for 7 year by paying 90000 and then they told me that i will have to pay an extra 6900 amc ever year. I agreed to that also.

Now the present scenario :
Last year in summers when i contacted them for booking they informed me that the north side including hp and kashmir are fully booked and suggested to go to goa. I went with their suggestion. I was given aromia villas. I was charged for breakfast and extra bedding. First i had to fight with the hotel staff to get a decent room as they were proving me with their basic room. Then i was just provided with a mattress and no bed and i slept on the floor for 4 nights in goa.

This year i am again in conversation with them for booking in srinagar. This year again the same tantrums are going on. Now i am trying to call them since morning and they are not picking my phone call. I am surprised that if someone is trapped somewhere on their holiday, then who will answer the sos call in their office. It is just not acceptable that their phone lines are that busy that they are unable to attend the calls. More the phone bell is ringing every time but no one is answering.

I will never suggest anyone to go for their membership.

Sukhdeep singh is the owner of the company. He is totally fraud person. He make 11 crore rupees to ludhiana people. His father is a truck driver and his mother is partner of this fraud company sukhwinder kaur. Ludhiana people just once meet any journalist and show this company fraud propoganda to news paper all the members contact each other and take action. He belong to malout adarsh nagar. Just like neerav modi and malya he is also planning to shift canada. He is a sardar and make fool only sardar people.in jalandhar ludhiana khanna patiala chandigarh bhatinda barnala etc. He take some 89 crore rupees last 3 yrs he is still making fool punjabi people. Pls take high action to this man. I request to c m of punjab pls take action. Modi ji take action to this man otherwise he will leave india. His gf is kiran kaur she is the daughter of criminal. His father is a murderer. If any body ask to refund money kiran says my father is a murderer. So pls punjab police take action to this people.

Genial holiday club as i purchased 3year package and i searched about that company then i assumed, that it's totally fake company which ditch everyone's by their fake employees,, further they will not refund my money and also they are not mention in their agreement about this. There one employee blackmail to me by told that add a positive review about my company then i will refund ur money but again they did not fullfill their promise

My name is upma am working in genial Holiday from last 6 months. Am telling you truth about the company. This is totally fraud company and not giving the services to the coustmer and also not giving the salary to the employees.mr sukhdeep Singh is the owner of the company ms. Kiran hr of the company she is asked me she credit my salary in April 15 but due to frauded sukhdeep she not give the salary. When we call to frauded sukhdeep he deny our call and msg .when we asked for the salary frauded sukhdeep says uh r not longer part of this company. This is my harden money and everyone have harden money so don't waste in such type of fake and frauded companies. The 2 nights and 3 days voucher is not work becoz company not giving the booking to the paid members.the company is not registered totally fake company no happy member. Those who wants to refund reach their venues and take strictly action. Rest if anybody meet with frauded sukhdeep so ask him firstly pay the salary to the employee and then run the company .
