Hi,
I wanted to enquire about coverage for Cataracts for my father. I went to the site and tried to open, but page is not opening. i tried for 2, 3 hours. Finally it opened, but again when i click corporate login again page cannot displayed. Decided to talk to customer care and opened contact us page...luckily it was opened but when i am seeing number i was confused... number is displaying like this Ph:[protected]. I tried to this number...it was saying wrong number...confused...then tried many possible ways finally it worked out for[protected]. First attempt busy tone, 2nd busy tone...after 10 attempts...its ringing and after 2nd ring call was disconnecting...it was happened for 7 to 8 times. Finally after many attempts they picked up the call and response is worst of the worst. i asked about cataracts, he just said 22000 for each eye and disconnected. I wanted to ask more questions but call disconnected. Really fustrating... Was this information helpful? |
