Causing Mental Trauma with the Insurance Process

The Cataract Surgery claim has been denied initially with no reason given.
When enquired through the local agent of Genins, they asked for an Invoice which was promptly provided with all the other documents already submitted like Hospital bills etc.
Now they are raising irrelevant queries like: IOL INVOICE which has been generated digitally with all the relevant details should have a Hospital stamp
Why would a digital invoice [which has those details mentioned] need a stamp? This is pure harassment of my father and causing mental trauma to him.
Also, the Insurance agent of Genins is saying "AGLI BAAR YEH COMPANY KI POLICY MAT LENA", who says this?

Denial of Claims and Unresponsiveness on queries
I have been a victim of Genins India TPA Insurance Company Employees - un repsonsiveness.
I have treated my Father for COVID criticality in a non-network hospital and have submitted all the bills for claims.
After that, it took nearly months for them to respond and clear the bills after a hell lot of queries.
After 4 months, Genins reimbursed me not even 1/3rd of the claim amounts.
When inquired, there was no response to emails and calls - was utterly frustated.
After several escalations and contacts through United India Assurance friends, I got the claim processing executive number and he too responded saying "how you got this number?", when all they did was to not just attend the calls!
After discussing with him, he clarified that the hospital has charged you more than the state govt. notified charges and we have reimbursed the charges as per govt. notifications only and nothing else to explain.
I had a detailed discussion with one of my friend in United India Assurance and they explained me to submit some letters and forms to the Hospital, Genins & State Govt Health Authorities Grievance Cell for claiming the excess amount charged by the Hospital.
For which, I had been writing to Genins for nearly 2 months now to give me the State Govt. notification and the charges approved and rejected based on that for reference and further process - and till date nobody is responding to that!
All that i understood was - Genins TPA is the worst customer facing company and only motive is to loot money in name of premiums (my reimbursement was not even equivalent to the premium - i have paid for the insurance coverage).
I will make sure that a proper addressal is been made to the Company executives for such a treatment on any customers, when you generate revenue only through them.

Worst response, Worst company

Hi,
I wanted to enquire about coverage for Cataracts for my father. I went to the site and tried to open, but page is not opening. i tried for 2, 3 hours. Finally it opened, but again when i click corporate login again page cannot displayed. Decided to talk to customer care and opened contact us page...luckily it was opened but when i am seeing number i was confused... number is displaying like this Ph:[protected]. I tried to this number...it was saying wrong number...confused...then tried many possible ways finally it worked out for[protected]. First attempt busy tone, 2nd busy tone...after 10 attempts...its ringing and after 2nd ring call was disconnecting...it was happened for 7 to 8 times. Finally after many attempts they picked up the call and response is worst of the worst. i asked about cataracts, he just said 22000 for each eye and disconnected. I wanted to ask more questions but call disconnected. Really fustrating...

Genins india is one of the worst TPA in India they just keep your claim delaying without any reason i called them on 5th Aug asking about my claim they said that they have shortage of staff hence again i called up on 7th Aug now they say that their software again i called up on 9th aug they now say that their systems are not working they just have some or the other reason to delay everything.
MY SINCERE REQUEST TO ALL THE CONPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS PLEASE DO DO NOT GO FOR GENINS INDIA EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU COVER FOR FREE THEY ARE THE WORST

Accessed my online account and changed my Policy and forced me to Pay through Salary deductions.

Hi,
As an employee of TechM I was given a default policy (No employee deduction) by Genins. They also gave us online accounts for which passwords were our employee IDs. Suddenly in my July salary I found a deduction for a plan that I had not opted for. I raised this issue on July 1st. The complaint was still in progress and I found another deduction in August and have been told there will be a final deduction in the next month salary too. They have said that I logged in on 25th may and changed the plan. When asked for the I.P address of the system from where the plan was changed they are not providing it to me. They refuse to cancel my policy. My default policy already included me and my son who are the only two members of my family. The new policy seems to include my parents. Why would i opt for a policy to include my parents when My mother expired last year and my father bieng from the army does not need any medical insurance from outside. This has been pure mental harrassment for me. I am a single mother who works very hard to make ends meet. This amount to me means a lot and I feel totaly chaeted and helpless. Please Help!
