Very bad service and bad behavior of staff. A Parcel sent to Madurai (Tamil Nadu) from Varanasi, 20 days have passed but haven't received.. And 1st thing there is no any docket number mentioned on slip.
Exhausted. The madurai staff has blocked my number and not picking up my call and they told to the receiver party that the parcel has lost.
