with due respect, herewith I Mr Anil kumar Biswal will like to bring your attentionn that,
i was working in Geofast Industries(India)limited,Auto nagar, Hydearbad-500070-ph[protected].-as Area Sales Manager -Orissa Since June 2011.Company had winded upits business on Feb 15th 2012 by showing the reason that- at present rate of raw material cost-it cannot survive.The company had taken me as in direct payroll of total salary Rs 24535/-out of which the basic salary wasRs 14945/-.
As a result of which-regularly the company had deduct Rs 1793/-towords PF and Rs200/-towordsPT on every month salary-which is clearly mentioned in payslip.After several reminder and phone calls the director o5f the company Mr Nitesh Garg is not responding.My empcode is 80012.and no pf number even mentioned in our sallry slip and at the end i got the inforamtion that- no such pf amount had been deposited in any of our PF accounts.
Therefore herewith I request, order may kindly be passed-to go deep into the matter and confirm me my PF account number ,either where it had been deposited or not and strong action must be taken against the company aganst froudcase and help me in withdrawl of my balance.For your refference,i am sending the offer Letter and salary slip hard copy to you through corrier so that clear doccumentation proo[censored] will have.
I need your strong support and the justiceand plz respond me as soon as possible.
