[Resolved]  Getitbazaar — Product Not received

Hi my name is Kabir. I ordered a product to be specific it was a versace perfume from getitbazzar on 30th January 2014. My order id is FEST180124. On the following Tuesday it was told to me on call that my product is getting dispatched. But today its 19th Feb 2014 and still I haven't received the product. In between times I have called 10-15 times every time it is been said that they are arranging a call back and very less frequently I received one. Meanwhile on one call a person called and said that your payments are pending, I told him that payments have already been made and gave him the corresponding transaction number. He said i will call back within 10 minutes, but since then it been 6 days and yet there is no communication. I don't know what is wrong with the site, They don't make any account so that you can track your order. It seems to be a fraud. Please help me regarding the same and if cannot kindly refund\d my payments. Thanks Kabir Girohtra
