Getitbazaar — Worst among the online shopping site

Purchased a pair of shoes 3 months back, was supposed to receive it with 1 week. But no response after that. Contacted them for more than 10 times. Sent many emails but they are saying stupid reasons. They even provided me a fake Fedex traking number. Asked for a refund 1 month back and now also they are saying that its under process The dont have an escalation email or phone number
