Dear sir/madam,

We have ordered for Fitbit Versa 2 Health & Fitness Smartwatch with Heart Rate. Received wrong item which is of no use to us. And which is already used and sent to us which is of no use.

The product is received form m/s. Krishna traders, g-17/17, sector-15, rohini ground floor, delhi-110089.

Please see the complaint is logged and my amount is refunded.
