I ordered huawei watch gt2 from the website getwatches. Me order no #10690.

Today i received the package from getwatches. Me and i found different product inside the package as some fake watch.

Which not worth ₹300 as photo attached.

Could you please take the necessary actions against this supplier and kindly guide me how to get my money

In this website not available for order return option.

I ordered samsung galaxy watch 46 mm silver smartwatch x 1 for 1799 from the website getwatches. Me order number 10512.

Today received the package from getwatches. Me and found different product inside the package as attached in the this complaint.

Could you please investigate on this and take action against the portal.

I have ordered for fossil 5th gen watch for 1699rs. But they delivered me some fake watches which not worth of minimum 500. I had paid cash to the delivery executive as it was placed as a cod order. Upon opening the parcel, i realized that i have actually received some # cheap watches instead.
Please help me in getting my refund from these scammers and save my money form going to absolute waste. I can provide any photographic proof, if required.

I order fossil smartwatch gen 4 order id 8998808 and getting different product and it is also duplicate one and when i try to contact their website they didn't reply the complaint and their number is also switch off. Even delivered product box shows what is supposed to be in the box and then also different product given on box. So it's clear they are doing fraud. Please do something about it.

I had ordered for fitbit versa 2 health & fitness smartwatch with heart rate through getwtches. Me order no 7640 received wrong item which is of no use to us. Received 2 duplicate fastrack watches.

The product is received from mayur enterprises ([protected]), whose phone is not reachable, nor there is any contact details of getwatches

Please see the complaint is logged and my amount is refunded.

I have ordered a fitbit versa 2 health & fitness smartwatch with heart rate with an order id - 8998814 and reference id - mep02jan819. I have been delivered with two cheap and used black men watches of no use. I have paid rs. 1699/- for those cheap and used products. I want it to be replaced with the ordered product as soon as possible or else my money.

I got ### watches...with fake packing..
If i hvent got my money refund then I'll raise cyber case against THIS WEBSITE and domain
Provide the input on it.
As they Willing to refurbished watch..then they should provide the same..
Take some action and i want refund for it..
Just take action such fraud things.

I don't know why the website is showing less prices and attracting the customers and delivering the wrong products they don't have proper contact information to raise a complaint about the issues.

Please consider this complaint and take necessary action on the website and refund my amount back.

The product is received form m/s. Krishna traders, g-17/17, sector-15, rohini ground floor, delhi-110089.
