Getway India Holidays — Bad Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I had booked a trip to Shimla and Manali for 8 days in February 2023 and it was a deluxe booking however the vehicle they sent was broken and very old and it was dirty too.
The whole journey was so inconvenient and when I shared the pictures of the car to them on the 3rd day of my journey and complained about it, they started pressurizing me to give the full money by the end of the next day and even at night Started calling. I would...

I have booked by your number [protected](Getway India Holidays ) for Goa 28 Mar to 1 Apr .
First he asked for 50% amount which we paid and after that he asked for another 50% without confirming the booking
When I asked since you haven"t made the booking refund my money he said no we cant you have to pay full...
