I had booked a trip to Shimla and Manali for 8 days in February 2023 and it was a deluxe booking however the vehicle they sent was broken and very old and it was dirty too.

We (Couple) went on a trip to shimla-manali through getway as it has a good name/reputation, but totally disappointed by their staff customer service.
One deepak sharma who sits in fish market office (Rude behaviour/not helpful) and the other sanju (Driver) where we sat in his non taxi non a/c auto rickshaw (White swift desire) for 7days wasted our money by their cheap class customer service/tricks to earn more money from us not worth...

I booked my package for shimla and kasauli.
1. Driver behaves very badly. He drinks before driving.
2. He alongwith company personnel harasses you for money to pay all amount at one go initially. I asked them i will pay according to tour days. Driver stopped vehicle in jungle and blackmailed me to give money other wise he will not move car. Needless to say, i have to call 100 and complain about him as two ladies and one kid...
