[Resolved] Getway India Holidays — Bad service

I had booked Manali package through you, initial response was good but after making advance payment I found lot of difference in treating the customers. When I had chickenpox, I sent photos too but company was not ready to modify booking. In other case I booked hotel in Delhi through makemytrip and they changed date without any charges. Here without reason, taken extra charges for cancellation of 1 extra person where he was supposed to share same room. It was my mistake I made hurry to book package. Many things were missing whatever was told in package. No welcome drink, no complimentary van vihar ticket, no milk, food was totally average, sightseeing not at all as per given itinerary. Just shown few places. It is my unfortunate I booked package through you.

You had booked Tour for 19 Mar -manali Volvo Package , and Called same day in Morning for Cancellection ,so its not Posible to Cancel for Any Tarvel agent -- its Combo Package of Volvo ,Car & Hotel , not any one service as you mention cancel by other , Onother Thinks about Service - we have send 10 Hotel Option but You Choose Starting -Budget Hotel we also expian everything before Confiramtion about Hotel Rate , That time havey rain in Manali so some Sightseeing was not Poosible , Manali Is Hills sation so some time Depend on only weather , we had Discuios to hotel manager -and told us - they provide all service -candle light Dinner ,hot milk ,accordingly your voucher We always Provide Tour Coordinator Contact no. for any type issue During the Tour , but you dint call single time Once again, apologies and afford us the opportunity to make this up to you in the future.
