Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — encroachment by mr. tarun vashisht owner of flat a1, c3 and c4 in plot no. 166, shakti khand 2, indirapuram, ghaziabad

It is bring to your kind notice that Mr. Tarun
Vashisht is carrying out the following illegal activities.

1. He is merging the flat C3 and C4 without approval from GDA on the plea that GDA authority given the verbal approval to me. He is changing the location of walls without designing from structure engineer due to which whole structure of building shall be weakened and it may be collopsed in near future.

He also encroaching the common area of building.

2. He is executing the commercial activity in road side flat A1. As per law, he is allowed to do commercial activity in 1/4 of ownership area whereas he is doing in whole area of flat.

3. Mr. Tarun encroached in area of about 10 ft x 20 ft in front of his clinic.

4. I have already complaint on Chief Minister portal vide complaint no. [protected].which has been forwarded to you.

5. One application submit at your office. And Mr. Shivam tyagi, JE already visited the illegal construction site. No action taken by GDA yet against encroachment. From the GDA officer visit and his statement, it is clear that GDA official are well aware with the illegal work.

6. Despite of police complaint and GDA office, he encroached the common area of building during the night and install a gate.

Dr. Tarun Vashishtha also threatening and stating that all above encroachment and illegal activities were carried out with the consent of GDA authorities.

If encroachment and illegal construction may not be stopped immediately, it leads to encourage to others flat owner to follow the same practice.

It is once again humble request to you to take necessary action against this encroachment, illegal construction I.e. merging if two flats by changing the location of walls and illegal commercial activities (running a dental clinic) by Dr. Tarun Vashishtha in plot no. 166, Shakti khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
