I have a flat in b tower of city apartments in aditya world city, nh 24, ghaziabad.

Recently builder has asked to make payment for registration whereas builder has not issued a final demand letter for 5% outstanding + possession charges balance.

I asked to show completion certificate and occupancy certificate but builder refused.

Can anyone help if the builder has got valid cc and oc for city apartments in aditya world city, nh 24, ghaziabad.
