Greetings. This is to bring in your kind notice that at Cloud-9, Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P., Unauthorized Construction of Club House is done by Apartment Owners Association (AOA) at I-Tower Ground Floor & charging for same from Residents (If Society Residents wants to use the same.

Basically that area is for 5 Shops & as per 24th July-2024, the current Outstanding for these shops is 9, 53, 092.82 Rs.(Photocopy of Maintenance Letter Enclosed) But the current AOA done unauthorized construction on the area.

Similarly at A-Tower, without the approval of GDA construction is done. At Pushta Road GDA Land is occupied by Iron Poles & Wires.

Please note that the Society is not yet Handed Over by Builder to AOA & the Tenure of Current AOA will be over by 1st week of October 2024. After that the Builder will create problem for up coming AOA as well as Society.

In Jan-2024 (At the time of Construction of Club House at I-Tower by Current AOA) also I informed the GDA through Letter with the Photographs (I am enclosing the same with this complaint also FYI) but till date nothing happens.

The Current AOA President / Secretory, as well as entire Current AOA Team are neither following any Govt. Norms or they have the attitude that if any Resident have any problem then do whatever they want.

So, I request you please take immediate action against Unauthorized Construction at Cloud-9, Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. as well as Current AOA.
