[Resolved]  Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Arrears of house tax & Website not functional

I have house a house No. 1/33 Vasundhara Ghaziabad. Wanted to pay house tax online. Could pay the current years tax on line few days back successfully. I want to pay arrears of two years also but it is not showing in the system and so not able to make payment. Since few days even www.nagarnigamghaziabad.com is also not opening. Can the authorities help me in making online payment of arrears online before due date 13.12.2014.
