There is many street lights are not working in 17g block inside green view apartment. Complete dark remain during night time as street lights are not working.

Although lights were repaired in h block in the same green view premises but it seems that nagar nigam is biased for g block and doesn't serve correctly. Pictures are enclosed of g300 block where street lights are not working.

There has a water pipeline leakage and water get collected on the ground around our building at the time of water supply morning and evening everyday since a week or so. Therefore you are requested to kindly do the needful to resolve the issue expeditiously.

There is use of loudspeaker in residence area in sector-13 vasundhara by a resident of sector - 13, 549, who has opened balaji mandir in his house. My kids are not able to study due to noise of loudpspeaker. As per law the noise level should not exceed 55db in residence area. Everyone is frustated by the noise caused by loudspeaker. There is traffic jams in front of this residence, which further increase noise pollution. There have so many instances of road rage here. Kindly stop the use of loudspeaker by the resident of sector-13, vasundhara, ghaziabad, up: 201012.

Sir the swaach bharat van doesn't come on regular basis which is causing problems in our apartment we lives in apartment houses made near kanossa convent vijay nagar and the van comes jn 2-3 days. On saying to the worker has no reaction that is why i need to complaint on online portal. Sir please consider our problem and try to resolve in shortest possible notice.

Sir,
We are complaining regarding nali blockage with bricks and grills by ours neighbours mr. Ashwini kumar f-11 sector -12 vijay nagar ghaziabad. Because of the blockage nali water is not going forward and due to this smells and trash is making problem and this season mosquito is the major concern. So, before some major diseases will occur please take any effective step. As we already complain to our neighbour and nagar nigam before but no good step was done by them.

With due respected, It is humbly submit that I am resident, of House no. 118 Sukhimall Mohalla, Dasna Gate, Old bus stand Ghaizabad.I would like to inform you that there is one Peepal Tree at our house which is growing fastly due to which the base of the house is getting weak day by day, endangering the life of my family members. Even some poisounous insects are causing/spreading skin and other infections in a very harmful manner.
Therefore, it is my humble request to you to remove the above said peepal tree and save the lives of my family members and oblige.
And early action shall higly be solicitated.

Dear sir,

I am a resident of c block sector 9 new vijay nagar and i am here to complain about few people of my society.

Sir, me and my friends of my society are facing a problem from few people. Since last year we are being stopped from playing football, cricket, etc in our society park by stating a reason that nagar nigam had given them the responsibility to take care of park and games like these causes damage to grass. Neither are we allowed to play on roads, they say that we will break their glasses and all.

Now, we thought it's better not to argue but playing something that is safe. So, we started playing badmintion in our society park but even now they are saying badmintion also causes damage to grass so we decided to play out on roads and there also we aren't allowed to play.

Doesn't the children have right to play or is there any law that prohibite us from playing.

I hope you will help us out in this problem.

Dear sir,
Kapil electrical shop in near 2 near police chawki vaishali has created a mess on the road. His coolers and electric goods lie by the side of road and it his shop has been extended almost uptill road. Traffic jams and fights due to this is a daily scene over here. Customers who visit him, park their vehicles in front of our entrance and we get stuck. He has made godowns in many residences and thus stealing commercial tax as well.
Kindly look into it as save the general public from this mess. I trust it is very small task for you to resolve and you will help us.

Sector 3 vaishali main road is highly dirty, filled with garbage at either side. Despite making complaint earlier, the situation has not improved. It seems that nobody is picking the garbage from this road. Also, there is a small "nala" perpendicular to this main road, which seems to be not flowing and being rotten. Due to this nala, all kind of insects are creating nuisance, and there is a boundary adjacent to this nala where the garbage is being lying every day. There should be a system to pick up the garbage on daily basis. And the nala should be covered.

House tax for pin no. Vs87753 for rs. 5457 was paid through hdfc bank gate way using credit card on 01.04.2019, and the amount has been deducted from card account. The amount paid is not reflecting in my ledger account, and still shows debit balance. No receipt was generated after the payment. Since i have not received any receipt could i request you please look into matter and ensure us that payment has been done and provide the status as paid on website for our assurance. I also need a receipt for the payment.
Please do the needful to rectify the discrepancy.

Receiving sewage water in homes

We the residents of 9/2/21A, Judge Colony, Sector 9, vaishali Ghaziabad have been receiving very dirty and smelly water which is sewer mixed supply for LAST 3 days . The issue is already going above our heads. We have also visited your office for the same but still no one have visited for the same.

I request you all to physically visit and have a glass of water to drink and will understand yourself.
Please respond and sort out the problem as soon as possible.

The lid of the manhole outside my house (205-206 kamna, sector-5 vaishali, ghaziabad, u. P 201010) has been broken for quite some time now. Even after repeated complaints online, through phone and by visiting the nigam office no step has been taken for its repair or replacement. The open sewer has become the breeding ground of mosquitoes and other pests and emits foul smell. It also posses threat to the children of our house and the neighbourhood who play around. I request prompt action for the replacement of the cover so that any unfortunate accident can be prevented.

I am a resident of dayanand nagar colony near sushila inter college and tehsil
Since last few days lot of sand is coming along with water. Also at many times in a day there is no water in the pipeline. Even the motor fails to pull any water front the main pipline due to which there is scarcity of water in the area and even when it comes there is lot of sand in the water.

There are lots of stray dogs in this area which are annoying people living in this area.
Approximately 50 dogs are ruining lives of the residents and children are not safe.
Specially in compound area of twenty plots of this sector.
Starting from sidharth niketanto seemant vihar there are 50-60 stray dogs.
Need help from department to take them off this area.

Sir, we have suggestions but you have the authority to implement them and definitely can provide a better solution to our problems regarding the shortage of water in our area. We all request you earnestly to please resolve the aforementioned issue of water shortage.

There is no proper system to dispose pooja waste and we can't also throw it with the other household waste. The only option left to us is to throw them in the hi din river which is harmful for the environment. Few years back all the temples in my area (Rajendra nagar, sahibaabd) used to have a dustbin for pooja waste and now the dustbins are removed. How should i dispose the pooja waste now??

We are residing in Plot no-17, Nyay khand-1.Our Building is having basement parking.Drainage water is coming from plot no-18 in our basement as there is some fault in their severe.This happens 15 days before and we informed them to rectify but they only clean the severe after 5 days. But again water is coming and the level of water increases day by day.

We are facing a lot of issues due to water lodging in basement and it impact building also as moisture in walls we can see.
