I am sorry to report that the drainage system in our locality leaves much to be desired. The present drainage system is so defective that a good shower would create the whole area into a collection of small lakes and pools. The clogging of rain-water in some of these parts of the city becomes as deep as three feet. Consequently the whole traffic is dislocated and life comes to a grinding halt during rains. Really it is shocking that the town council authorities have not taken any steps for improving the system so far. Many a time this problem has been brought to the notice of the concerned authorities through the press and other means but nothing has been done. Tender already passed for a long time but no one came here to see this bad condtion of our locality. May we hope now that you would immediately look into this matter and take urgent steps to avoid such public nuisance?

Monkeys are becoming threat day by day. Since they are also not properly feed they destroy pipes, cable wires.

Daily we hear cases of monkey biting and scratching. Please take action and
move them to some zoo or forest area.

Road of shastrinagar h block near police chowki, shiv mandir loaclity needs to repaired as soon as possible. The top layer of road has been worn away. It is prone to many accidents. Due to many holes on the road it is difficult to drive the vehicle. During monsoon season holes are filled and we can not walk properly.
So i request you to confess and acknoledge the complaint. I hope you would help us to overcome this problem.

I m the resident of swaroop park lajpat nagar sahibabad.in our area the garbage collection vehicle responsible of collecting garbage from the houses are coming only 2-3 times in a week that too after 11 am. Just think if the vehicle will come after 11 or 12, how many people will be able to give them garbage as most of them will not be at their houses. When i asked the driver to come daily & in time i. E. By 8pm, he told me that it is not possible. Further they are not coming on sunday.
Because of this reason garbage is getting accumulated in the houses resulting a serious problem ultimately causing ailments.
Pl. Take care & do the needful soon.

m the resident o[censored]ttaranchal colony, Nandgram, Ghaziabad. In our area the garbage collection vehicle responsible of collecting garbage from the houses are coming only once or sometime twice in a week that too after 11 am. Just think if the vehicle will come after once or twice, above all there is no fixed time.
Because of this reason garbage is getting accumulated in the houses resulting a serious problem ultimately causing ailments.

I had made online payment of rs. 1170.82 for property tax today on 16.06.2018 the demand note raised by ghaziabad nagar nigam (Gnn) for the fy 2018-19 against property no cc38435 in the name of yashodhara garg.
Amount was deducted from my hdfc debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is also not traceable.
The transaction was successful through the bank

I have also raised a ticket in their helpdesk but non-traceable.

Please resolve urgently and share me the receipt of my payment.

I'm the responsible citizen of india and want to inform you about the illegal encroachment of active drain by mr. Vijay kumar sharma add.: kcd-49, kavi nagar, ghaziabad. He removed his side boundary wall and encroached the drain area and made a wall in front and back of the drain. He filled the drain with debris and waste materials of construction and closed the drain by cemented the surface over the drain. Its are duty in developing india to inform about illegal activities and its your duty to take the action regarding open the drain as soon as possible.
I hope for the immediate action to open the active drain and to remove the illegal encroachment over the drain.

There are lots of stray dogs in locality, they litter around the garbage everywhere and # here and there making it difficult to even walk outside.
We are always under the fear of them biting the small children playing there.

One mobile tower has been installed in our area C-1/47 DLF COLONY SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD-201005 near Bhopura and this building is very weak and very harmful for health. You know high radiation come out from tower and will b very effective for health, therefore please take legal action

In sec 2, rajnagar, service lane opp to railway line, one person has opened his panwadi shop illegally. We the resident of the colony has told him to plug off his shop but he threatens us with his links. His father is priest in the temple and because of that the shopkeeper shows us power. Their are many suspicious persons standing whole day attching to his shop. The make our kids and ladies scare to get out alone. Please do something the atmosphere is getting worse day by day due to this. We have make complaint in sec 3 poluce chowki also but no action taken

I had made online payment of rs. 1845.72 for property tax today on 08.05.2018 at 11:32:51 am towards the demand note raised by ghaziabad nagar nigam (Gnn) for the fy 2017-18 & 2018-18 against the pin no: vs27592 in the name of devesh pathak.
Amount was deducted from my hdfc debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. Malba kuda and garbage in front of houses near the corner of park facing house no h 45, 46, 47, 48 sec 12 pratap vihar please request to clean all malba kuda and garbage. Being common area and corner of park requires regular cleaning as the safai karamchari keeps all garbage near the park but in comes in front of our houses request to clean and do not store in front of house.

I am a resident of gyan khand - 1, indirapuram. The road from st. Thomas school to about 500 metres ahead of st francis school is badly damaged and broken. There are 2 big broken pits where accidents are happening daily.in the morning at school time children are meeting accidents and have suffered a lot due to this.

In swaroop park area, near to sahibabad thana there is working o[censored]nauthorised dairy of milk where the buffalo are kept outside on road, due to which there is huge amount of smell being diffused to residents home living there and increase in amount of health issues and malaria like disease as sewage blocking is there. It is requested to kindly act as soon as possible near g-100, g block lajpat nagar. It has become very difficult to live here due to diseases and smell of cow dung.

Sewer lines of vaishali, sector 1 has been blocked for 2 weeks. Online complaint and complaint at Nagar Nigam office Vasundhara has been filed but still no action has been taken up. Overflow sewer water is collecting in our basement parking.
Requesting all the concern to clear sewer lines for swach bharat abhiyan.

I live in old arya nagar and dogs here are getting too much dangerous they bite the residents walking on roads even the kids of my family are unsafe due to this. Nagar nigam took some of the dogs and did some things but this is of no help.

This is causing serius concerns here and if nagar nigam is unable to help us in removing these dogs we would have to go to either some upper management or will have to contact media to show the work incompentency of gzb nagar nigam
