Hello, This is to bring to your notice that sewage behind 53, b gf 2, naveen park, sahibabad, ghaziabad and no action has been taken by the municipal corporation/Nagar Nigam. I am a resident of Flat no. 801, T-5, Civitech florencia, ramprastha greens, Sector 7, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Property pin no. - VS108650 in ward no. 58. Against bill no. [protected] dated 25th Feb 2015 of amount Rs. 2650/-, payment was made on 18th march 2015 vide receipt no. VS20141186. However, the same payment is not updated in ledger and is showing in arrears of new bill no. 1516VS108650 dated 24th June 2015.

Dear Sir/mam I was paying the property tax bill of Rs 4489.44 for my Property Pin number VS37079, Zone - Vasundhara today (02/11/2015), using my Credit card on your website www.onlinegnn.com. After the payment process the website takes to the home page rather than generating receipt or any acknowledgement of payment, there seems to be some error/issue. However, the amount was deducted from my credit card but neither i received a confirmatory message of payment nor any receipt of payment. Your website is also showing error message "No amount Deposited under this Pin number" when i check in "View amount deposited by Assessee" There's no helpline number or Email mentioned on your website www.onlinegnn.com to contact for these issues. Please acknowledge the payment of my property tax (Property Pin number VS37079, Zone - Vasundhara), and if you have received multiple payments because of transaction errors on your website it should be refunded. The sewage system of Shiv Shakti Vihar, Sahibabad-201005 is blocked for the last three months. It is expected that necessary and early steps will be taken on priority by Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam to clean the sewage system and to avoid spreading of Dengue or Malaria in the locality. Early action in this regard will save the lives of residents.

Sir, Pls refer house tax bill no : 1516VS47843 issued on 24 June 2015 by Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam, Vasundhara of amount Rs 1353.60. In above bill, I would like to state that Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam have also added previous year 2014-15 house tax bill of Rs 720 /, which I have already deposited on 13 Oct 2014 vide your receipt no : 093 of book no : 24298 . In view of above I request you to look into above bill & do the correction in S.No:3 of your bill ie previous year balance amount as already paid by me in my House tax bill of year 2015-16 and update the correct amount of house tax bill for depositing amount on line at the earliest . We used the online mode of payment, but there was a timeout error after the payment was done. The amount was debited and there has been no status or receipt from Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam. Rather they showed teeth and tried to attack, also snatcher fruits / vegetables from hand. People are afraid and they may cause much harm to someone who go near him unknowingly. Please take some action at the earliest because this is not safe to allow such dangerous animal roam freely in houses.
