    hi, I am a resident of Plot 633, Shalimar Garden Extn1, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The morning garbage collector system is run by individual contractor here, as its not governed by Municipal Corporation, the contractors are posing a dictatorship on the building residents by increasing the monthly charges and also not picking the garbage everyday, they collect only 2 or 3 days in a week. The resident don't have any option to move to any other contractor as the contractors have rules like the any other contractor can not be assigned to a building if its already have one. we request Municipal corporation of Ghaziabad to look into this matter urgently.

      I am resident of rampuri trans hindon area in Ghazaibad. We have been facing major problems due to street dogs who has made base in the society initially at the time of construction and making different problems to its residents like, spreading garbage, littering on common area in floors and few cases of dog biting arrived with the kids playing in the society park/ play area. children not able to play in parks and even shops in eve. time. Kindly provide pointers of street dog catcher or send team to get these dogs out of society so that we can get rid of these day to day issues..

        STREET DOGS

        I am resident of D-Block, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad-201010 victim of street dogs.Sir, there is around 8-10 street dogs around our building creating hell of the problems for the residents of nearby buildings. Sir, these dogs are continuously barking all the time. They barks at nights, because of that we are restless and unable to sleep comfortably.         Entire cit centre market (RAMPRASTHA COLONY C Block) have been encroached by unauthorized shopkeepers and howkers. Even Shopkeepers have encroached public place like varandha in front of their shops and parking space. Pls. look into the matter.

          Arrears of house tax & Website not functional

          I have house a house No. 1/33 Vasundhara Ghaziabad. Wanted to pay house tax online. Could pay the current years tax on line few days back successfully. I want to pay arrears of two years also but it is not showing in the system and so not able to make payment. Since few days even www.nagarnigamghaziabad.com is also not opening. Can the authorities help me in making online payment of arrears online before due date 13.12.2014....

          Myself is the resident of Chiranjeev Vihar, Sector 2 & House No. 75. I nfront of our house there is a park which is not maintained at all. The biggest problem in our locality is infront of the park there is an open place where all the garbages of Chiranjeev Vihar (sector 1, 2) are stacked & nobody from Nagar Nigam come for cleaning these. Due to this bad smell comes & moreover lots of flies are here in our houses which is not at all hygienic . Its my earnest request kindly take some action to clean the garbage & make one separate place to collect the garbage which will be regularly cleaned & recycled. Thank you & seeking for your help.

                All sewer lines are blocked in Ambedkar road kalka garhi chowk. Starting from 89 Ambedkar road to 77 Ambedkar road ! Water is getting collected in most of the shops, this accumulated water is causing disease in all the shops and showroom, I request u to kindly make all the main holes open . As told again and again to supervisor about the main holes no action is being taken ! Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

                  Dear Management, As generally aware that Turab Nagar is a famous market of Ghaziabad, but now these day's this market is full of garbage and soil. As few day's back some sewerage work will be done on that area but the soil and garbage has been put on road and there is no cleaning process would be done since last three-four weeks for the same. The road is looking very dirty and cause of the dirt there is difficult to breath. So, we request you to please look in to the matter and take the necessary steps to solve the problem of citizens.                     Hi Sir / Mam, We are Residents of D block main road Brij Vihar, and would like to draw your kind attention on a serious matter, that the Main Drain which flows right in front of our building has not been cleaned over many years, due to which silt, garbage has piled up in the drain which has resulted in obstruction of flow of water in the drain. Owing to this blockage, our sewer lines are also getting choked and the water overflows on road, due to this problems like Mosquitoes and bad stench are arising. The main reason of drain choked is a Hotel on the main road. You are requested pls do clear the drain/naullah. We have made several complaint to local nigam incharge but no action has taken yet so pls take immediate action to clear the naullah. Thanks Rahul

                      Dear Concerned, It is the note for your kind control that please do something to stop mosquito generation in our area. It is located near to Bamheta Village, near Samtel color ltd. There are a huge quantity of waste water storage, in which the larva of mosquitoes are generating, They can create a huge health problem in the coming season like dengue and other mosquito generated diseases.                         My Son Raghav goel has mother name Subhangi goel in his birth certificate which needs to be changed as Soniya goel . My wife original name is Soniya goel only but I do not know how subhangi is coming .Finally Birth certificate is having Subhangi goel which is wrong and needs to be changed .

                          R/Sir,

                          A safty Gate was installed by RWA K- Block Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad due to many incidence were conducted by bad elements in this area like as Theft of CAR, Kidnap, Shooting resulted one person of K-17, was admitted in Yashoda Hospital. The said gate was removed by Sh. Gautam, Zonal Incharge Nagar Nigam without any notice and written permission of competent authority of Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad.

                          So please look into the matter personally and kindly return our Gate also give the permission for reinstalled the gate for safty of all citizen's of K-11 To K- 31.

                                  The channels of water needs to be cleaned up as they are filled with lots of mud plastics and other material which therefore blocks the water and proper drainage don't take place due to which sometimes water comes on streets and it looks very disgusting as it is the main road going in the village.
