Dear Sir, We, the residents of House no 246 sector 13 vasundharaghaziabad. would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of street lights in our region. The street lights in our region have not been repaired for quite a while.

Around 15 days before service road was constructed before costructiob road was leveled and stairs and ramp were removed and malba was dumped but not removed till date.

सैक्टर 3 चिरंजीव विहार की नाली मकान नंबर सी-15 से आगे कई जगह पूरी तरह से बंद है जिससे बारिश का पानी नहीं निकाल पाएगा। कृपया नाली में भरी हुई मिट्टी इत्यादि को हटवा कर नाली साफ कराने का कष्ट करें।

दूसरी समस्या सैक्टर 3 चिरंजीव विहार के सीवर लाइन की है जो कि कई जगह से अवरुद्ध है जिससे सीवर का पानी घरों से शीघ्रता पूर्वक नहीं निकाल पाता। कृपया इस सीवर लाइन की तुरंत सफाई कराने का कष्ट करें ताकि बारिश का पानी सीवर के रास्ते घरों में न घुसे।

There is an urgent need of cleaning the nala Near Rishabh Platinium Ahinsha Khand 2, indrapuram Ghaziabad whole nala is choked with garbage at the lane opposite of jain madhir whole sector garbage is thrown near the nala opposite to the residential colony which should be restricted as it causing health hazards and bad smell causing danger to our health . Throwing of garbage in residential area should be stopped immediately

Nagar Nigam van comes very rare to clear that garbage . They did not clean the road after picking the garbage half of the road is covered with the garbage and children of near by slums are playing there which is really a threat to present pandemic situation .

Kindly solve the issue at earliest and road adjacent to nala should be clean regularly to avoid any unhealthy environment

मैं बलराज कुमार, 15/353, वसुन्धरा, गाजियाबाद का निवासी हूँ। मेरा यूजर चार्जेज बिल ऑनलाइन रूपये 1800/- दर्शाया गया था जबकि मैंने रुपये 2400/- पूर्व में रसीद संख्या 16/162 दिनांक 01/06/2019 तथा 16/415 दिनांक 19.08.2020 के तहत जमा करा दिये थे जब नगर निगम में बिल ठीक कराने गए तो उन्होंने कहा कि एक एप्लीकेशन लिखकर दे दो और उसके साथ रसीदों की फोटो कॉपी लगा दो । मैंने एप्लीकेशन के साथ दोनों रसीदों की फोटो कॉपी भी लगा कर नगर निगम में दिनांक 04.06.2022 को दे दी उसके बावजूद भी मेरा ऑनलाइन बिल आज तक ठीक नहीं किया गया है। मेरा यूजर्स चार्जेज बिल शीघ्रातिशीघ्र ठीक कराया जाये, ताकि मैं समय रहते इसे जमा कर सकूं।

मैं श्या‍म बाबू, 15/246, वसुन्धरा, गाजियाबाद का निवासी हूँ। मेरा यूजर्स चार्जेज बिल ऑनलाइन रूपये 1800/- दर्शाया गया था जबकि मैंने रुपये 1200/- पूर्व में रसीद संख्या 96/416 दिनांक 16/09/2020 को जमा करा दिये थे जब नगर निगम में बिल ठीक कराने गए तो उन्होंने कहा कि एक एप्लीकेशन दे दो और उसके साथ रसीद की फोटो कॉपी लगा दो । मैंने एप्लीकेशन के साथ रसीद की फोटो कॉपी भी लगा कर नगर निगम में दे दी उसके बावजूद मेरा यूजर्स चार्जेज बिल कम करने के बजाय रुपये 1800/- के स्थान पर रुपये 2400/- ऑनलाइन दर्शाया गया है । आपसे अनुरोध है कि इसे शीघ्रातिशीघ्र ठीक कराया जाये, ताकि मैं समय रहते इसे जमा कर सकूं।

I am a resident of Gyan khand 3 residing nearby kaleva restaurant Indirapuram ghaziabad. It's been 3 days since the drainage pattern near my vicinity have been dug and left open which consequently is becoming a mosquito breeding ground which would ultimately result in health issues for the residents. I am attaching photos with my complaint and would would be grateful if prompt action is taken regarding this issue.

I am a resident of A Block, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad, and people are facing the problem of stray dogs on the road. They are in big numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passers-by. They run toward motorbikes, cars, and even towards the people who are simply walking by, which leads to chaos and may lead to accidents. People lose their sleep as dogs bark the whole night. This problem is a headache for a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation. The young kids are also at risk and the parents are concerned about their child's safety.

I am requesting you to look at this matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Sir i m residing in sector R-7/B-31 Rajnagar ghaziabad, opposite to sector 7 temple. Here monkeys are becoming threat to the residents especially for the kids. They are violent and attack even without any provocation. A lot of time we are not able to step out of home as they are sitting outside, and the monkeys are here in huge strength, almost more than 50. Please sir take this matter seriously and do something as soon as possible.

I would like to say that Sewer water is leaking into our building (Plot No - 904, Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad). This is causing a lot of trouble to our building. Please look in to the matter immediately. Otherwise we will approach higher authorities.
