Dear recipient,
This is to bring under your notice that we live in rama krishna colony, model town west, and our colony entrance is on gt road which is highly rushed with road traffic 24*7.
High speed cars and two wheeler on road always makes the situation danger when a pedestrian or car/two wheeler go outside colony and approach to road outside.
In past we had incidents of accidents when elder person from our colony tried to cross the road and they had been hit by fast moving two wheeler/car on road.
We, the residents of this colony, request the municipal corporation to please make speed breakers to both side of this patch, so that people on road shall slow when they cross the colony gate. It is important as we have gandhi nagar market in opposite as well, which enhance the risk of such accident situation. We are sure, that our request shall be heard and some action shall be done in near future.

We are not getting water supply properly. They supply water on every second or third then again gap.

Please provide completely water supply so we can survive in this epidemic and hot season.

I am native of shakti khand iv 858. There are three dog which have become very dangerous. They have started biting people. These dog get into houses and scattered the garbage. It becomes very unhygenic. They killed rat, dyper, garbage food on stairs, road. One of the dog keep coughing whole night. Kindly remove these three dog from here. Adding a video also. U can see potty, killed rat in the video also.

I have already approached many time through mail to Nagar Palika Parishad Khora-Makanpur but did not receive any response from them yet. Hence, I am approaching to you. My request is that we are facing issue regarding dumping garbage on onside road which is in front of our Gali /entrance, the situation is very critical which I am not able to explain you can see my attached mail and pics and after this you will understand...

I am resident of e-block sector-23, sanjay nagar, ghaziabad (Near sec-23 police chowki). I want to notify you that one of our colony resident had constructed an illegal breaker infront of their house without any government permission. The breaker troubles almost every one in the colony. Many complaints were filed against breaker but i dont know why some serious action is not taken against it. It can cause a fatal accident in near times.
Kindly take a strict action against this breaker and the resident also, as he is very rude to other colony peoples.

I am the owner of flat 623, mantova, mahagun mansion phase i, vaibhav khand, indirapuram. I am receiving chalan for house tax which is more than my neighbors who are having same area as mine and all three o[censored]s are the owners of our house. I had attached proofs of receipts of flats 523 and 723 (Who are located above and below my flat) to the above referred letters.

For year 2020-21 my house tax amount is rs.1585.52 whereas flat no. 723 it is rs.1021.44. I request to look into the matter and rectify my property tax.

It's been 9-10years of road construction now, parshad of chiranjeev vihar [kusum lata tyagi] has repaired the roads of chiranjeev vihar
Except a few colonies of sector 2 (House no. 183 to 136).
Its a huge request to please construct the entire road of sector 2 colony (House 183 to 136) because it is in bad condition.

Mr. Sunil kumar tyagi (E-125, patel nagar 2) and mr. Rajveer sirohi (E-123, patel nagar 2) are continuously parking their cars inside the public parks. Also they have burnt many trees and cutted them so that they can clear the way for their car parking.
As these parks are not meant for parking cars or using the land as their own property so i request you to kindly get it checked immediately.
I would like to ask you to put a lock on the gate of the park and make it open only for walking purpose.
I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible otherwise i may have to talk help from higher authority as the case comes under ghaziabad nagar nigam so i thought to first seek help from you.

I am the owner of house no. 113/127b, media times appt., abhaykhand-iv, indirapuram, gaziabad and have been paying house tax regularly. Recently i have received a sms to pay house tax using pin no. I have paid it today but my name spelling on generated receipt is not correct. Please correct it to dipendra singh rawal in place of dependra singh ravan. It my humble request to make necessary corrections at the earliest.

This is regarding from all living people's in street -2, Gaupuri, Gaushala Fatak, Ghaziabad.
There are 7-8 Violent dogs in the street,
We are unable to walk or ride our bikes due to these dogs, whenever we come out from our house then they are following you, barking then try to bite on legs, this have happened many times, they are very very harmful now for our street.
IMPORTANT- Some Dogs has been infected with fungus or allergies, which is not good to anyone.
So please I'm requesting you to all my seniors, please take action on this ASAP and take away these are violent dogs from street. Please do the needful. Please Please Please 🙏🙏🙏
