I am the owner of Flat No. 17H / 144H, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. I got transferred this flat in my name by depositing Rs.550/- vide Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam Receipt No.21488 / 059 on[protected] at Nagar Nigam Office at Sector 10 Vasundhara. Despite of complying all the required formalities, I am receiving House Tax Bill in the name of my previous owner and for the last 2 years I am still pursuing the Deptt. for correction of name in the computer generated Bill. Hi All,

I have newly bought home in Vasundhara Sec -2B. I want to change my name in property tax record. I went to Sec 10 Nigam office. I was told that I have to pay 1% of stamp duty I paid for buying the house. I want to confirm if this is valid fees?

Please help.

Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam —House Tax Bill /Electricity Bill.

Dear Sir,
I am the owner of Flat No. 401, Malaygiri Tower, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. We got this flat registered in our names (Dippal Kumar Manchanda/ Anu Dippal Manchanda) on 9th January 2013. Despite complying all the required formalities, we are receiving House Tax & Electricity Bill in the name of the first owner. Can the authority concern please let us know as to what formalities need to be completed for them to issue all the relevant bills on our names? Can these be done online?
