Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Despite repeated requests the agency has not sent the technician to rectify the problem | |||
Just Repair Services, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad had carried out repair of the IFB washing machine at my house. The technician has replaced the card and door locat a cost of Rs 11700/-(Bill attached). The agency has promised six months guarantee on replaced parts. But the machine is not functioning smoothly since then. It's program has shortened and keeps the clothes wet on completion of the program. Despite repeated requests the agency has not sent the technician to rectify the problem.They are not responding to my calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
