Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Garbage being spilled on the road

Hi,
I have a concern regarding the cleanliness and garbage dispersal in Vaishali Sector-1.

There is a whole lot of garbage spilled on the road and it keeps piling up. The rickshaw garbage collectors from nagar nigam in the area throw the garbage on the road and when we tell them not to do, they say that the nagar nigam people have advised us to throw here.
