[Resolved] Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — House Tax not showing paid online, but paid from my Bank Account

I paid house tax on 31st May'22 for INR 3562.56 though my Credit Card. The payment has shown debited from my credit card account to Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam (snapshot attached), but not showing online on Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam website. My PIN No. is KN32759. Pls check and resolve. Name - Narendra Singh, address also provided.

I see that the money is credited online now. I had to constantly follow up on the issue with Nagar Nigam personnel in Agra and Ghaziabad. All is well that ends well. Thanks for your help.

Updated by shalini_s2000 Hello again, I've been trying to reach the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam on these phone no.s[protected]/1518 and[protected]. All three numbers are not accessible. On first two Ghaziabad no.s, the call is getting disconnected after full rings and on 0562 Agra number, the incoming facility is barred. Can anyone provide me the status of my complaint pls. Its important that the money paid by me is credited at the earliest. On my earlier interaction with rep in Agra, Complaint # 320 was provided to me on 28th Jul'22. Pls help on priority.
