Sir, My name is SHARAT VYAS, I live in Chiranjeev vihar sector-9...Ghaziabad and I am really feeling helpless because daily 9 am morning garbage vehicle comes to collect garbage but he don't wait for a minute...many times I personally requested him to wait but he gets angry and abuses and says I cannot wait...Sir I am physically handicapped with legs and my mother is Parkinson patient ..we both have trouble walking...please help and take necessary action against the driver...
