My daughter was born in April 2016. I have contacted Nagar Nigam Office Vasundhara for registration of her birth. I was told by the concerned person that I have to get the undernoted documents for the same :
1. Birth Certificate issued from Hospital
2. Address proof
3. Affidavit
4. Certificate seeking permission from CMO, Ghaziabad for not registering within 21 days of her birth.
When I tried to apply through online portal o[censored]P government i.e. e-nagarsewaup.gov.in, the site clarified that no certificate from CMO is required upto 1 year of birth. Only birth fee is to be paid for late registration. Link is attached for your reference.

I am afraid that such is the attitude of the people appointed to help the citizens o[censored]P. They are providing wrong information to the applicants just to avoid doing there work.
Please provide me actual requisites for applying for birth certificate.

This is regarding my Son's birth certificate.
He was born in 2008 at the home .
And that time due to some family issues and continue medication of son and my wife both, we couldn't register him .
Now we tried 3, 4 times .
All required documents are submitted, but registrar is not agree to sign his certificate, saying that he will not sign the certificate of before 2010.
Is this any lawful act ?
Please make it clear.
