Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — we are not able to play badminton in park.

Hello sir,

I am pramod katiyar lives in a-200 ghaziabad shalimar garden extension 2.
Before 2 month ago we have make a badminton court in our park.
But some people have destroy our badminton court again and again intentionally, they don't want to see us playing in then park.
I want to know that do i have right to play in park or not.
Please help us regard this issue, i know sir this is not a big issue but when we came from office this is only medium to reduce stress but our society members
Are not supportive i asked them many time to not to destroy our playing are but no one is listening.
Please help sir we are feeling very helpless.
