[Resolved]  GHMC — Apartment -Illegal construction about penthouse

There are other issues also where Mr. Brahma Raj has created problems to all the residents. He is staying in the Flat No:106 of the building now, His pent house which is an illegal construction, covering almost half of the terrace and he does not permit any one to go to the roof. It is to be noticed that all the water tanks and the lift room are on the roof and incase of any emergency, we are at the mercy of him only. The builder is even not addressing these issues because of the nature of Mr. Brahamraj and the ultimate sufferers are the residents who have invested their money to purchase the flat. He is given his pent for commercial purpose (Cine distributer), even though we are keep quite which is not entertained for commercial activities in residential apartment . This pent house is built up with 2458 SFT with half of the terrace has been occupied. In BRS regularization this pent house has been regularized only for 198 SFT with GHMC instead regularized of 2458 SFT.. Since 1 week he is starting another new house constructing beside pent house for rental purpose again which is illegal construction. IMP Note :- Kindly take the appropriative action, after you can check & verify with his behavior with each and every flat member and verify the illegal construction with your team .Kindly help us .
