Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention to the dismal state of environment Near Union Bank, HUDA Trade Center, Serilingampalli. Few people of this colony are burning wood and preparing COAL which is causing serious air pollution. Somesh Kumar, I.A.S Commissioner Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad Subject - Illegal Construction on Terrace (H.No. 8-3-813 & 823/3/1, Sri Sai Ram’s Krishna Residency, Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad – 500 073) Respected Sirs, We the undersigned are flat owners of H.No. 8-3-813 & 823/3/1, Sri Sai Ram’s Krishna Residency, Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad – 500 073 hereby want to submit our complaint regarding the illegal construction which is going on at the subject address. We purchased individual flats/property in the year 2005-06 and got ourselves registered at sub- registrar office of Erragadda, Hyderabad as a residential apartment. This building consists of stilt and five floors (total flats 30 and one penthouse on terrace). We would like to bring to your kind notice that Mr. Bramha Raj (residing in Flat No. 106 in same apartment) has undertaken illegal construction at above said premises. It has been observed that Mr. Bramha raj is extending the penthouse on terrace. The penthouse, which is illegal, is already let off for commercial purpose and he further intends to let this extension of property for commercial use. This is against the residential status of our apartment. Moreover, there is threat to the whole apartment due to this extended construction, because of weight and strength of the building. In past also, Mr. Brahma Raj has raised additional water tank on top of the penthouse which is causing inconvenience to us, by not getting sufficient water for all flat owners. Request your intervention and action in this regard. I am resident of Satyanagar Kothapet, Iam suppose for construction in 400 sq yards plot there should min set back rules are not follwed and 3 floors building is constructed. this has created problem for us please help to stop the consturction and if not possible pls ensure proper procedures are follwed .

Respected Sir/ Madam, I'am a resident of Sri Sainath Colony, in Vanasthalipuram, of Mansurabad division, there was some driange repair works under process and the GHMC workers had dig huge holes in our colony, don't know the reason, but he works are stopped and the holes are left for process. Since the past 2 days there are windy storms in Hyderabad and holes are filled with water making them completely submerged in water as a pool. Few people accidentally fell into the holes sustaining severe injuries and heavy damage to their vehicles. So please, take this complaint seriously and at least make use of some sign boards near the holes or cover up the huge holes and prevent the damages. Thank You.

I am Kiran kumar a resident of Aphb colony, gachi bowli, , Seri Lingampally, Hyderabad.
We have a serious drainage problem in our street. Drainage water is leaking
from the house that is flowing into the street and spreading bad smell all around.
We has small children in the street, we fear that they may fall ill because of this.
Also this is not the first time this is happening. From last 8 years, And there no responsible employee of ghmc has taken the action on this complaint, and the drainage line was incomplete, and they given connection to that line and the ghmc officer never came for the inspection wheather the work is completed or not, im attechting the photos also, and there many snakes also there, the snakes where coming into the houses,
Request you to take necessary action on the same. So, I kindly please and request you to take serious action and fix the problem. Complaint is given already but no response from ghmc officers. Now, I want to address it to you direct hoping quick response.

Dear Sir/Madam This is Modi apartments from SR.naik nagar, IDA Jeedimetla, (Land mark:-Near Jeedimetla Bus Depot.) We are facing a lot of problems with some dogs (with puppies)which are moving around in our colony it not only attacking but making a lot of noise, we are scared of coming out in day light and night hours, Please take immediate actions against this dogs as they are attacking school children and visitors who are not aware of this fact.

There are other issues also where Mr. Brahma Raj has created problems to all the residents. He is staying in the Flat No:106 of the building now, His pent house which is an illegal construction, covering almost half of the terrace and he does not permit any one to go to the roof. It is to be noticed that all the water tanks and the lift room are on the roof and incase of any emergency, we are at the mercy of him only. The builder is...

I am residing at Railway Employees Colony, Near Bolarum Railway Station, Bolarum under Alwal Municipality Limits. Street Lights bearing pole numbers: a. [protected]/041 - B/16 b. [protected]/042 - B/17 both the lights are not functioning months together. The location dangerous as dreadly snakes are moving very frequently. The location is also theft porne area as four houses nearby are thefted in recent past within a year. Also number strangers shall be wandering the area. Residents are living with mental tension and fear. The first street light was working till six months back. Some of your workers removed it and taken for replacement as it was malfunctioning, sincethen the pole is without fixture. Required to be replaced with fixture in working condition immediately. The second ligt is not working for the last two months and required to be rectified urgently on warfoot basis.

Sir, City buses stopping on road for passengers to get down at ganesh nagar (towards jeedimetla) which leads traffic congestion, due to muddy/stonny road at stoppage area, and at night huge crowds surrounds the bus stop because of pan shop/tea stall/fruit seller on right side and chinese stand, and especially idli-dosa point spreaded on road. Request to do their business in side or in their space, not on public roads. Request your intervention, When started only snacks like bajji were sold at point but now he started selling idli, dosa etc making customers to eat at place, a large number of customers parking their vehicles in and around, having a piece time snack food on road/sitting on vehicles for a long time. This making congestion for traffic and ladies/children getting uncomfortable to pass thrru the lane.

Dear Sir,

We are the residence of Village:-Belhai, Post :- Lambhua, District Sultanpur (U.P). there is a complaint logged by the help of gram pradhan againt the property where we are living with our family members and the same land was purchased from Gram Pradhan's real Uncle long back where we have all the documents with us . One temple of lord shiva was also build in front of my home with the help of village members and my father now Gram Pradhan has logged a complaint that our home is build on Pond. Request you to kindly interfere to save our house which was built 40 Years back and after such a long time now the gram pradhan is saying the house is in pond.If you assign some one to survey the area you will find both the ponds are still there and he is himself helping dalits and others to cover the pond area to increase his vote bank. We had logged the complaint also for the same and now Gram Pradhan is trying to take revenge for the same with us.
Request you to please look into the matter or this might take other direction also Please help us to come up with situation.

Hi GHMC dept., I would like to inform that there is a ongoing drainage problem in my area (Cross road - Near House # 9-4-137/20 Grammar Colony, Tolichowki, Hyd-08) manuals over flowing on the road it causing bad smell which is giving hard time to the people living nearby and creating problem for the small kids and commuters.

Dear Sir, We would like to bring this to your kind notice that near by house stray dogs are there around near fly over Fathenagar bridge.. My house no. 11-35, beside the fly over fathenagar... Due to these dogs, the residents of whole area are facing regular problems.There are a lot of children playing in the locality. Before something serious happens, the authorities must deal with it. The dog squad must remove these dogs immediately. They even keep barking through out the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. Please help!! We request the Dog Squad of Greater Hyderabad to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.do the needful. There are lot of monkeys creating lot of nuisance in dilsuknagar, hyderabad, behind venkatri theatre. Monkeys are hurting people walking around, coming to residents and taking clothes, and whatever things they are getting. Please do the needful as small children and families are really scared of monkeys.

There ia a vacant place at Padmanagar Phase-2 Ringroad..Chintal...People living in the houses surrounded to that vacant place are throwing waste in that place...Due to that waste large number of mosquitoes are growing.Please cleanup the place and take some necessary actions to avoid throwing of waste in that place.
