Dear Mam/Sir, I have home loan in GIC Housing Finance and I wan to close & pay to my loan so we required For Closure Letter from GIC but we are follow-up since 20 days (from 03.02.2022.) to GIC Branch -:

This is reminder for obtaining registry of home. I have made payment on 11.01.2021. it's been more than a month and a half. Still, i haven't gotten any clear response from your side especially Sh. Naveen Saini had been avoiding and creating delays day y of the sameby day. It is very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour towards me, as a customer, I feel humiliated every time.

I request you to kindly take appropriate action...

The GIC team is very slow in response...had gon e to their baseerbagh branch to get the offer letter which I didn't get from the start of the loan. They said to come back in 1 ween to get the offer letter...its been 6 weeks and no response from them...when I call their custome r care no..it doesn't work...tried raising several service request ...still no response...also wrote to the customer care via email..no response at all...NEED URGENT...

GIC People are not allowing me to fill the form and not helping me anymore. They are simply rejected my request..

Before Taking a loan GIC team Say that if you get a loan first then after that i get all my subsidy amount.. and now GIC team say that...

I have a housing loan with GIC under floating interest. When th interest rate went up they started charging me asper the market interest rate but now when the interest rate has gone down they are still charging me 11% when I spoke to them they said we can reduce it by 1% but for that I need to pay some charges which according to me is unethical....

With reference to the captioned subject matter you have not taken any positive actions looking the present situation prevailing in the country.
Recently Reserve bank of India has also passed several guidelines for retail and MSME customers regarding the restructure and review of the stressed account and nominal irregular account but your corporate is not taking any actions or providing the positive resolution.

GIC team is not responding to any of the email. i've asked them for loan re-payment schedule for this financial year which i need for my tax declarations i have sent an email @1st of December and till now there is no response from them. i am suffering due to there poor after service facility....

I have closed my loan on 08.12.2021 by paying all the dues as they mailed. But till date they have not given me any details about when they will get my mortagage released, handover my original papers etc., My file number is GJ[protected]....

This bank has promised me to take loan at a higher interest rate and transfer without any penalty, now they are asking me 2% interest to transfer loan, and those employees claiming that they only recieved my file from a private agent. How come an agent can do all activities with fake promises, I reached them many times to waive this or reduce, but no use...

I am having 2 loans with gic housing finance panvel. Charging 8.8 % and 10.75% rate of interest. Contacted many times with branch but not proper support provided....

Hi, Please note that their is a huge change in the interest rate on out loan without any intimation. From past 2 months we have been following up with the issue and also visited the Branch. Still no one is responding to our query. As a customer, i am very disappointed with the service and the response from you company.

If you are not able to give proper guidance or response, we need to look out for other options.
