Hi, I have taken the Home loan worth 30lakhs, and the loan got sanctioned as well, the person with whom we approached for a loan that person is asking us to send the money I.e 2% as he got the cheque with him now, if we give the money then only he will give us Cheque, we cannot pay the amount now. Please take the action and request you to give us the cheque Waiting for your response.

      Mr. Nitin sitting in gic finance limited. Sector 31 chandigarh. Such a worst person. From last 5 years, i am requesting everyday that kindly solve my issue, but he is not doing anything and on the other side showing his attitude and said do whatever u want to do. Most pathetic person i have ever seen, he thinks that he can do anything wrong with anyone, no one say anything to him. I only request him that please solve my issue but he never did anything.

      I AM REQUESTING EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T PREFER GIC HOUSING FINANCE.

      Vey true. Same experience I am facing with GIC Finance in Panvel Branch, New Mumbai. All the staff are pathetic., Not helpful. Also they provide you with a number to call but never puck up the call. This bank should go down and people should be provided with compensation for this behaviour from banks. We put our hard earned money.

          I would like to raise my concerns as i have been following up with the bank from last 6 months to reduce the rate of interest as per the current rate but i had few initial response and they said they would process and it will be taken care by the headoffice but never happened.

            Today i received a call from the kalyan office regarding my homr loan and the manager has committed that my interest rate will be dropped down between 8 or 8.50. But they have requested me to visit the office. I would still need the reimbursement on the emi paid for current month the following month

              Hi my name is Dhaval Prajapati. My loan account number is MH[protected]. Till last financial year my emi amount was 14058rs with interest rate of 9.35% but in the current year my emi amount is increased to 15506rs with interest rate of 11% which is without any communication. This is completely unfair practice and not acceptable at all. I need a proper explanation on this and reimbursement on my emi amount deducted this month along with that my interest rate needs to be decreased to what it was earlier. If not then will take further steps and take this to next level.

                My name is Bikash Kumar Shaw. My home loan account number is WB[protected]. When I took home loan in 2018, 32000 rs for instance amount I paid but when I close my home loan account again 26000 rs have been taken from me. It's mean, I paid two time the insurance amount for the same account.

                  My home loan is with GIC HFL UGF-10 A-E, Kanchenjunga Building, 18 Barakhamba Road, Opp Metro Station, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001
                  They are not providing my Loan SOA and giving irrelevant reasons there behaviour is also rude towards the customer neither they have made and application or online portal through which we can get our SOA

                        Website: Pending Subsidy for PM Awas yojna

                        My Loan is going on since Dec-2019 & i have not recipt PM Aawas Yojna Subsidy till Now. The Loan is processed through Meerut Branch & dispite asking them for the status, the respective Branch has applied for Subsidy in Feb-2022. Pls help

                        It has been week, since have lodge my complaint, there has been no input shared. I have not been provided with application no. by Meerut Branch, to check the status of Subsidy.

                          Respected Sir,

                          Because of wrong information from bank employee Vansh there was 2 bouncing charges in my account which have increased in thousands now.

                          In a conversation with Nitesh Sir and Rajeev Jain (The Agent), Nitesh Ji (Bank Staff) has confirmed that the changes will be removed.

                          It's been 4 months, and there is no response form nitesh ji.

                          Hence, Request you to please help me with this.

                              I had requested for LOB and Force Closure Documents and they said SLA is 21 days.. i really dont understand why 21 days where as other banks are giving in a weeks time.. I respected their decision and waited for 21 days, now they are saying they didnt get any update from Head Office and said still need to wait for more than a weeks time which is really pathetic experience with GIC.

                              where is the customer service and who had called to resolve this issue? all the time we are trying to follow up, based on the people mood they are swiching off their phone.. and how can you say it is resolved here by simply putting one message.

                                Dear,
                                I had availed a House Loan of ₹ 18 lakh under PM AAWAS YOJNA in May 2018. But till then branch doesn't entertaining us regarding our subsidy. They always suggest to confirm after 2 or 3 months as till now no updates are available. We are now frustrated and being humanlised that this kind of the NBFC banks are taking their own decision and customers are suffering like us.

                                  I have sent below email for 3-4 times, but there is no response from GIC.

                                  "QUOTE"
                                  I`m having home loan (Loan a/c - MH[protected] with GIC, Thane office of 16.48 lakhs since 2013. The old Interest rate was 10.95%. In 2017, I had requested for reduction in interest rate. After long follow ups it was reduced to 9.35%.

                                  As you are aware, currently, all Banks & NBFC`s are offering interest rate @6.5% for new home loans. Also, old loan transfer is also processed @ 6.7% - 6.8%.

                                  May i request you to pls. arrange to reduce my Home loan interest rate as per current market for the balance loan amt.

                                      This is reminder for obtaining registry of home. I have made payment on 11.01.2021. it's been more than a month and a half. Still, i haven't gotten any clear response from your side especially Sh. Naveen Saini had been avoiding and creating delays day y of the sameby day. It is very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour towards me, as a customer, I feel humiliated every time.

                                      I request you to kindly take appropriate action towards this problem and provide me a scanned copy of registry as soon as possible.

                                        The GIC team is very slow in response...had gon e to their baseerbagh branch to get the offer letter which I didn't get from the start of the loan. They said to come back in 1 ween to get the offer letter...its been 6 weeks and no response from them...when I call their custome r care no..it doesn't work...tried raising several service request ...still no response...also wrote to the customer care via email..no response at all...NEED URGENT HELL ON THIS
