I'm receiving nearly 20 calls regularly from IDFC for getting loan and informed several times I'm not interested in such loans. But still I'm getting the calls on regular basis and I'm afraid someday or other my frustration will freak out result in scolding them as this is unacceptable to call a person nearly 20 times for which he is not accepted to. I had taken a consumer loan from capital first and the product value is 51600/- where in I had already paid 1600/- as the processing fees so the disbursement should be 50000/- wherein it shows as 55252/- i really don't understand why. I was been told that the EMI would be of 9 months. now i see that the capital first guy has done a complete mess here.

HI,
This is to bring to your notice that suddenly today morning I got a sms stated-' ACH-DR-TPCApfrst IDFC FIRST-[protected]-U'
& Rs.99/- got auto debited from my AXIS bank account @ 8.22 am.
I bought a TV on 2021 for which certain amount used to get debited from this account earlier on 2021; which was all clear .No amount was due. Suddenly how they have debited Rs.99/- from account without any proper information.
I want my money back in my account. Also to stop auto-debit from my bank acoount .
I did not give them authority to debit amount from my savings bank account without my permission & knowledge.
so please take steps to stop this auto debit by IDFC & refund my money.

Today on 22 Nov. I received message from my bank that Rs. 99 has been deducted by capital first. I don't given any Authorization to capital first & even don't have any transaction with capital first. Please let me know how I will get my money back.

In 2016, I bought Videocon TV and Samsung company fridge from Mundada Corporation Jehan Circle Nashik TV Fridge Shop. At that time there was finance done by Capital First, a finance company, at that time I was told that there would be 12 EMIs of Rs 4473. As such we paid 10 EMIs due to some difficulties we were left with 2 EMIs. Dated 19.08.2023 On this day after almost 6-7 years I got a call that your loan is due. And you have to pay 77160. He was called by a girl named Neha. If the loan account statement was taken from them, it was seen in that statement that The item I bought was Videocon TV. Rs: 26990 and Samsung fridge. Rs.26650/- as per the bill I have. And in the statement Capital First has loaned Rs.80500/-. And the remaining 2 EMIs. Capital First, a finance company, has installed panelty on it. If the goods I bought are worth Rs.53640/-. So why has this finance company Capital First made a loan of 80500/- in my name. This should be taken into consideration at the earliest. If this is not a request, I have to file a complaint in the consumer forum. Capital First, a finance company, should decide this case as soon as possible.

They are deducting 99rs every year without using the card or emi features. I haven't used this card since last many years but still they deduct the amount from my account. Request you to please refund the amount immediately

I am not using Capital first card since last many years but still they deduct rs. 99 without any update or notification. I need refund for all those amount which are deducted.

My SBI account is debited with inr 99 stating (Nach debit 99 by idfc)on 24aug2023 at 9.41 .I don't have any consumer connection with idfc bank ..please look into the problem because it's a serious concern that we never authorised any idfc customer care or any banker.

My account is debited with inr 99 without any concern or any application.or any consumer relation with this company on 24aug 2023.This is a serious scam even my SBI saving account is not secure.

Capital First IDFC has deducted Rs. 99 that time I have insufficient balance and check bonuses charges taken 531 rs, why capital first is debit from my account with out intimate me and no following RBI rules . Also don't have any loans

I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan.

Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account.(Account name - Ramkumar sharma)

4-5 years back I had a loan account. all paid up. Now I see a 99 INR charge on my statement (bank from where EMI used to be deducted) as some kind of maintenance charge. This is very unethical on part of IDFC to do so. plz revert the charge. i see so many complaints on this regard.
